PROCESSES FOR MAKING IMPROVED CELLULOSE-BASED MATERIALS AND CONTAINERS
The present disclosure provides processes for making cellulose-based material and containers utilizing the cellulose-based material. More particularly, the present disclosure provides processes to make cellulose-based material comprising strength-enhancing preparations and processes to make improved containers with the strength-enhanced cellulose-based materials.
COMPOSITE WATERPROOF CORRUGATED PAPER AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF
A composite waterproof corrugated paper includes a stone paper medium and at least one stone liner paper. The stone paper medium has a first fluting surface and includes at least one first body layer and at least one adhesive layer which are coextruded. The first body layer includes a first surface. The adhesive layer is disposed on the first surface. The stone liner paper includes at least one second body layer and a supplementary layer which are coextruded. The supplementary layer is disposed on the second body layer and is attached to several wave crests of the first fluting surface, so that the stone paper medium adheres to the stone liner paper via the adhesive layer. A manufacturing method of the composite waterproof corrugated paper is also provided in the present invention.

REPULPABLE AND RECYCLABLE COMPOSITE PACKAGING ARTICLES AND RELATED METHODS
A reusable, fiber containing pulp product is described that is highly suited for use in the manufacture of paper products. The reusable, fiber containing pulp product provides a mixture of fibers and small, dense polymer/particle fragments. The polymer/particle fragments within the reusable, fiber containing pulp product have a size range and density that facilitates efficient removal of the polymer/particle fragments using pressure screens.

High-strength fluting from NSSC pulp
There is provided a method of producing a containerboard, comprising the step of pressing a web formed from a pulp comprising NSSC pulp in an extended nip press, such as a shoe press, wherein the line load in the extended nip press is above 1200 kN/m. Further, there is provided a corrugated board comprising a liner and a fluting, wherein the fluting is formed from a pulp comprising NSSC pulp, the density of the fluting is above 725 kg/m.sup.3 and the geometric SCT index (ISO 9895) of the fluting is above 37 Nm/g.

Reel editor for pre-print paper, sheet, and box manufacturing systems
Systems for providing efficient manufacturing of paper, sheet, and/or box products of varying size and structure, often with pre-applied print (“pre-print”), are provided herein. Efficient customer ordering/tracking, job aggregation, print imposition, corrugator planning, and tracking and adjustments throughout the manufacturing process are contemplated. A reel editor is configured to edit the roll based on waste and/or errors that occurred during various manufacturing processes (e.g., during printing). A control plan defining what is on each roll of printed web product may be updated after editing. Depending on the configuration, the reel editor may be integrated with various manufacturing components. The reel editor may be configured to determine if there is enough waste on the roll to even making editing worthwhile, such as based on desired quality of the images, customer requirements, different price points, among other possible factors.
