An adapter assembly for use with a reciprocating treatment device that includes a main body portion having at least a first top male attachment member or a first top female attachment member on a top thereof and at least first and second bottom male attachment members or first and second bottom female attachment members on a bottom thereof.

A gastrointestinal stimulation devices including a random stimulation delivery mechanism(s), configured to provide stimuli to a bodily tissue in a vicinity of the stimulation capsule, the provided random stimuli being characterized by a stimulation parameter, and a control circuitry in communication with said physical stimulation delivery mechanism, and configured to set and alter the stimulation parameter non-systematically, thereby altering the characterization of the stimuli provided to the bodily tissue. The algorithm may be patient tailored, and may have a learning machinery which responds to data being received from the patient.

Described herein are methods of manufacturing multi-use mounting brackets having an extension with an internal support rod configured to support gym accessories. A single multi-use mounting bracket fits gym rigging or gym racks of different sizes and hole configurations. This accomplished by including multiple pairs of holes that are sized and positioned to be compatible with different gym rigging configurations. The multi-use mounting brackets described herein are advantageously designed to resist both downward and upward forces.

A percussive therapy device that includes a housing, an electrical source, a motor positioned in the housing, a switch for activating the motor, a push rod assembly operatively connected to the motor and configured to provide reciprocating motion in response to activation of the motor, and a massage attachment secured to a distal end of the push rod assembly. The reciprocating motion of the push rod assembly has a user-adjustable amplitude.

A massage device includes a first selection interface configured to allow a user to select an automatic or manual operating mode of the device, the automatic operating mode providing a treatment cycle for the area to be massage; a second selection interface configured to allow a user to select a parameter related to the automatic operation mode of the device and representative of a massage setting; a massage head including at least one massage element configured to come into contact with the area to be massaged; and an actuator enabling activation of said at least one massage element. A percussive massaging device has a base which includes a tool receiver and a piston for providing percussive action to a massage tool. The massage tool includes an attachment for selectively attaching to the tool receiver using one of a key and keyway system and a magnetic system. The attachment post further includes a press-fit seal or a magnetic mechanism for further securing the attachment post to the tool receiver. The massage tool further includes a tool head which may be non-rotating or is capable of rotating in one or more directions during use while simultaneously providing a percussive massage to a user.
