Integrated device for the non-invasive personalised treatment of skin blemishes includes: a handpiece for performing a percussive treatment on the body/face, causing a microtrauma on the wrinkle furrow, facilitating the natural recovery and the reduction of the wrinkle depth; a handpiece for carrying out an ablative micro-vibration treatment on the body, suitable to expand or compact the cutaneous tissue by alleviating wrinkles, stretch marks and scars with an exfoliating effect; a handpiece for performing a compressive micro-vibration treatment on the face, expanding the pores of the epidermis; a device for adjusting the rotation and vibration of the handpieces; an electric energy absorption sensor for each handpiece, communicating the detected data to a control unit which acts on the frequency adjustment devices obtaining a variation in the rotation and vibration frequency of the rotors, depending on the mechanical strength of the skin tissue; a communication interface.

A handheld massaging system includes a handle unit, multiple head units and a charging platform. A hand-held massage gun and conversion mechanism thereof are disclosed. The hand-held massage gun includes a massage gun body and a conversion mechanism. The massage gun body includes an output rod. The conversion mechanism includes a hollow shell, a movable block and return springs. The hollow shell is detachably connected to the massage gun body, and two ends of the hollow shell are provided with an opening and a long hole. The movable block is accommodated in the hollow shell. Systems and processes for recommending a recovery routine are described. In various embodiments, an online or mobile application can receive activity data from a user and provide recommended recovery routines based thereon. The activity data can be received from a wearable activity tracker device and/or a smart fitness machine. The application can recommend that the recovery activity be performed using a smart recovery device (e.g., a percussive massage device). In certain instances, data from the recovery activity can also be communicated to the application and compared against an optimal recovery routine.

A massage head for use on a percussion massager in order to provide a gentle and body-contour-following massage, includes a plurality of flexible arms extending radially away from the reciprocation axis, and a soft dome made of hollow silicone rubber, soft foam, or the like at the end of each arm.
