Described herein is an acoustic building panel comprising a body comprising inorganic fiber in an amount ranging from about 60.0 wt. % to about 90.0 wt. % based on the total weight of the body; and microfibrillated fiber in an amount ranging from about 0.5 wt. % to about 10 wt. % based on the total weight of the body.

The present invention relates to a laminated sheet having two or more layers of sheet comprising ultrafine cellulose fibers with a fiber width of 1000 nm or less, wherein among two or more layers of the sheet, when the thickness (m) of the thickest sheet is defined as T.sub.max and the thickness (m) of the thinnest sheet is defined as T.sub.min, the value of T.sub.max/T.sub.min is 3 or less, and the thickness of a single layer of the sheet is 15 m or more.

Disclosed herein are, for instance, coated substrates comprising cellulose-based substrates with surface-treated aqueous-based polymer coatings. In some embodiments, the aqueous-based polymer coatings are surface-treated using corona treatment. Methods of making and using the same are also disclosed.
