Method for preparing thermal-moisture comfortable polyester FDY
A thermal-moisture comfortable polyester FDY for summer use and a preparation method thereof are provided. The FDY is made of matting agents dispersed polyester via the steps of spinning melt metering, extruding via the compositional spinneret, cooling, oiling, drawing, heat setting and winding. The woven fabrics manufactured with the FDY possess a wicking height and an evaporation rate of larger than or equal to 135 mm and 0.22 g/h, respectively. The compositional spinneret is simultaneously provided with cruciform orifices and circular orifices, and the length ratio of cruciform orifice to circular orifice is equal to the product of their equivalent diameter ratio and a coefficient K, here equivalent diameter is the ratio of orifice cross-section area to its circumference and K ranges from 0.97 to 1.03, and the oiling involves the oiling agent containing 67.30-85.58 wt % of crown ether.
Manufacturing method for transparent fiber
A manufacturing method for a transparent fiber is provided. The method includes forming a spinning solution containing a polyimide polymer in an organic solvent. The polydispersity index (PDI) of the polyimide polymer is 1.3˜2.6. The spinning solution is used to perform a dry-jet wet spinning step to form a plurality of fibers. Furthermore, the plurality of fibers are subjected to a thermal drawing step to form a plurality of transparent fibers, wherein the temperature of the thermal drawing step is controlled from 215° C. to 350° C. The manufacturing method for a transparent fiber provided in the present invention makes use of a polyimide polymer material and utilizes a dry-jet wet spinning step and a thermal drawing step, which allows the formation of a transparent and high strength polyimide fiber.

The polyphenylene sulfide monofilament has a very small aperture variation rate and is optimal for high-precision filters.

A spin dope composition produces a polymeric fiber useful in non-cryogenic gas separation. In particular, a polyester yarn having a diethylene glycol content of 1.1 to 2.5 wt % and initial modulus of 100 g/d or less, a production method thereof, and a fabric for an airbag produced therefrom are disclosed. The polyester yarn has excellent moisture and heat resistance and light resistance, and maintained excellent mechanical properties after long-term aging under high temperature and high humidity conditions. Therefore, when applied to a fabric for an airbag, the polyester yarn provides excellent packing property, shape stability, and gas barrier effect, and the impact applied to a passenger is minimized, thereby safely protecting the passenger at the same time.
