A filament for three-dimensional modeling includes two or more kinds of resins; a fiber; and a compatibilizing agent, and has a sea-island structure including a sea part and island parts, the sea part including at least one kind of the two or more kinds of resins and the island parts including at least one kind of the two kinds of resins.
FLASH SPINNING PROCESS
A process for the preparation of plexifilamentary film-fibril strands of polymer. The process includes the steps of generating a spin fluid containing (a) 5 to 30 wt. % containing one or more polymer types, (b) a primary spin agent selected from the group consisting of dichloromethane, cis-1,2-dichloroethylene and trans-1,2-dichloroethylene, and (c) a co-spin agent comprising 1H,6H-perfluorohexane or 1H-perfluorohexane or 1H-perfluoroheptane. The spin fluid is flash-spun at a pressure that is greater than the autogenous pressure of the spin fluid into a region of lower pressure to form plexifilamentary film-fibril strands of the polymer. The co-spin agent is present in the spin fluid in an amount sufficient to form an azeotrope-like composition with the primary spin agent in the presence of the one or more polymer types. The polymer may be selected from the group consisting of high density polyethylene, polypropylene, polybutene-1, polymethylpentene, polyvinylidene fluoride, poly (ethylene tetrafluoroethylene), and blends of the foregoing.

A yarn may include at least one filament formed from a polymer composition comprising: a polymer at an amount ranging from 95 wt % to 99.99 wt %; a carbon-based nanomaterial at an amount ranging from 0.01 wt % to 5 wt %. A method may include melt spinning a polymer composition to produce a yarn, where the polymer composition includes a polymer at an amount ranging from 95 wt % to 99.99 wt %; a carbon-based nanomaterial at an amount ranging from 0.01 wt % to 5 wt %.
COMPOSITION FOR ECO-FRIENDLY FILAMENT USING SOYBEAN HULL AND 3D PRINTING ECO-FRIENDLY FILAMENT MANUFACTURED BY USING SAME
Proposed are a composition for an eco-friendly filament using soybean hulls and a 3D printing eco-friendly filament manufactured by using the same. A manufacturing method of the 3D printing eco-friendly filament by using soybean hulls includes a first step of manufacturing soybean hull powder by grinding the soybean hulls, a second step of manufacturing a composition for an eco-friendly filament by adding biodegradable plastic resin to the soybean hull powder and mixing the biodegradable plastic resin with the soybean hull powder, and a third step of manufacturing the 3D printing eco-friendly filament by cooling the composition for an eco-friendly filament after extruding the composition for an eco-friendly filament through an extruder for filament formation. The composition for a safe and eco-friendly filament while discarded soybean hulls are used for resource utilization and the 3D printing eco-friendly filament manufactured by using the same are provided.

A porous network is defined in the composition that includes a plurality of nanopores.

The modified chitin includes chitin modified by a modifier including 2-hydroxybenzimidazole, cellulose acetate butyrate, and adipic acid dihydrazide. The chitin-modified polypropylene spunbond non-woven fabric has an anti-mold grade less than 1, and an antibacterial rate greater than 9.5%.
