Sinterable feedstock for use in 3D printing devices
The present invention relates to a filament suitable to be used in a 3D printing device, wherein the filament comprises a metal and/or ceramic powder, a thermoplastic binder and additives. The invention also relates to a process for producing a shaped body comprising the step of printing a shaped green body using the filament according to the invention. Also provided is the use of a filament according to the invention in a 3D printing device and a green body producible by mixing a metal and/or ceramic powder and a thermoplastic binder. The invention also relates to the use of a binder of the invention for the production of a filament for 3D printing devices.
FABRICATION, APPLICATION AND APPARATUS OF FIBERS WITH ALIGNED POROUS STRUCTURE
Provided is a method of manufacturing fiber with aligned porous structure, an apparatus, and applications of the fiber. The apparatus comprises: a fiber extrusion unit, a freezing unit, and a collection unit for collecting the frozen fibers, wherein fibers extruded from the fiber extrusion unit pass through the freezing unit. Continuous and large scale preparation of such fiber with aligned porous structure is achieved by combining directional freezing and solution spinning.

Fiber and fiber structure
Provided is a fiber containing a composition obtained by mixing a compound having at least a ring structure containing one carbodiimide group, the first nitrogen and second nitrogen thereof being linked together through a linking group, with a polymer compound having an acidic group. Also provided is a fiber structure made thereof. A fiber and a fiber structure, which have improved hydrolysis resistance and from which no free isocyanate compounds are produced, can be provided.
