The invention provides a foamed fabric structure and a manufacturing method thereof. The foamed fabric structure includes a plurality of interwoven thermoplastic polyester elastomer yarns, wherein the plurality of thermoplastic polyester elastomer yarns are foamed. The manufacturing method of the foamed fabric structure of the invention includes the following steps: providing thermoplastic polyester elastomers; mixing a foaming agent into the thermoplastic polyester elastomers to form a thermoplastic polyester elastomer mixture; drawing yarns from the thermoplastic polyester elastomer mixture to obtain thermoplastic polyester elastomer mixture yarns; weaving the plurality of thermoplastic polyester elastomer mixture yarns to obtain thermoplastic polyester elastomer fabric; and foaming the thermoplastic polyester elastomer fabric to obtain the foamed fabric structure.

The present invention relates to a transparency-enhanced fabric using a polyester-ether block copolymer yarn, and a manufacturing method therefor and, more specifically, the method comprises the steps of: manufacturing a polyester-ether block copolymer yarn; manufacturing a textile by using the yarn; and manufacturing a transparency-enhanced fabric by thermally contracting the textile. According to a transparency-enhanced fabric using a polyester-ether block copolymer yarn and a manufacturing method therefor, of the present invention, a polyester-ether block copolymer mono-yarn is used such that the present invention has enhanced transparency allowing a see-through effect and, simultaneously, has excellent stretchability, air permeability, and wear strength.

The raw material of the high-uniformity coloured polyester industrial yard is the modified polyester composed of terephthalic acid segment, an ethylene glycol segment and a branched diol. The present invention relates to a tape comprising a composition comprising a copolyester comprising polymeric units derived from ethylene glycol and terephthalic acid or a diester thereof and >0.50 and <5.00 wt % of polymeric units with regard to the total weight of the polyester derived from an oligomeric dihydroxy compound having a number average molecular weight of >500 g/mol and <5000 g/mol. Such tape has an improved tensile-impact strength and a reduced proneness to splitting during weaving.

The present invention relates to a thermoplastic elastomer yarn with improved unwinding, weaving and yarn shrinking property, and a manufacturing method thereof. According to the present invention, the thermoplastic elastomer yarn according to the present invention is excellent in improved unwinding, weaving and yarn shrinking property.

Furthermore, the thermoplastic elastomer yarn according to the present invention is excellent in yarn shrinkage rate, unwinding, weaving, tensile strength and elongation rate to be adequate for manufacturing textile fabric and footwear in terms of physical properties.
