CRIMPED POLYAMIDE YARN, AND WOVEN OR KNIT FABRIC EMPLOYING SAME

The present invention provides a crimped polyamide yarn to which it is possible, using fibers that include low water absorption polyamide, to impart a stretch property and pliability such that it is possible for the inherent stretch properties of the crimped yarn to be appropriately expressed in a woven or knit fabric. The crimped polyamide yarn of the present invention is a side-by-side composite yarn which includes at least 40 mass % of low water absorption polyamide having an average of water absorption ratio of 5% or less at a temperature of 30 C. and a relative humidity (RH) of 90%, and in which the low water absorption polyamide is at least one component. The yarn is false-twisted, and has a crimp elongation ratio of 25% or more.

METHOD FOR PREPARING FULL-DULL COTTON-LIKE POLYESTER FIBERS

A method for preparing full-dull cotton-like polyester fibers includes: sequentially passing a full-dull polyester POY fiber and a full-dull polyester FDY fiber through a first yarn guide, a yarn guide tube, a second yarn guide, a first yarn feeding roller, pre-entangling, a second yarn feeding roller, a first deformation hot box, a cooling plate, a false twister, a third yarn feeding roller, a middle entangling device, a setting hot box, a setting yarn feeding roller, oiling, and DTY winding and forming to obtain the same. The first and second yarn guides are both yarn guide wheels; a tow is wound around the first yarn feeding roller for 2-3 turns; an inferior angle of the tow before and after contacting a groove bottom of the second yarn guide is 140-160; a linear velocity ratio of the first yarn feeding roller to the second yarn feeding roller is 1.05-1.06.

Manufacturing method of single-material irregular extension multiple long-acting functional textured yarn, the textured yarn thereof, and the fabric made with the textured yarn thereof
12378702 · 2025-08-05 · ·

The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of a unique textured yarn by upgrading the equipment and processing the modified single-material precursor, the textured yarn thereof, and the fabric made with the textured yarn thereof. According to the method, titanium dioxide is added into a precursor of PET pre-oriented yarn with single filament DPF<0.5 to form the first precursor. Then, the first precursor is fed into a flat conveying roller, and then into a differential roller, and then into an accelerating roller to form a dark and light double colored textured yarn with linen-like appearance and tone. Then, the dark and light double colored textured yarn is conveyed to a heater for heating and setting, and then conveyed to a false twisting machine for processing. Finally, it is conveyed to a nozzle for spraying.
