A filamentary core for an elastic composite yarn, particularly for an elastic textile composite yarn, comprising at least two elastic performance filaments, wherein each of the at least two elastic performance filaments is capable of being stretched at least about 2 times its package length and has at least 90% up to 100% elastic recovery after having being released from a stretching 2 times its package length.

Methods for forming a textile component are provided. One embodiment involves knitting a first section comprising a fusible yarn, a second section comprising a bulking yarn, and a third section comprising a nonfusible yarn, and heating.

The animal leather fiber body has nanoscale branches, the yarn is formed of animal leather fiber bundles with nanoscale branches, the core-spun yarn has a core yarn and a skin layer, the skin layer has animal leather fiber bundles with nanoscale branches, and the product is made of any one of the above. The disclosed structure has independent and separated nanoscale branches.

Included are multiple component elastic fibers prepared by a solution-spinning process such as dry spinning or wet spinner of spandex fibers including polyurethaneurea and polyurethane compositions. These fibers have a cross-section including at least two separate regions with definable boundaries wherein at least one region defined by the boundaries of the cross-section includes a polyurethaneurea or polyurethane composition. One region of the fiber includes a fusibility improvement additive to enhance adhesion to itself or to a substrate.

The present invention discloses a fabric woven by imitating warp knitting, which includes first warps, second warps, first wefts, and second wefts; the first warps and the first wefts are interlaced to form the face of the fabric, and the second warps and the second wefts are interlaced to form the back of the fabric; and 7 to 15 weft interlacing points are arranged between each two adjacent groups of warp interlacing points on the second warps. The fabric woven by imitating warp knitting in the present invention has not only the appearance style of woven fabrics but also the characteristics of good air permeability and good hand feel of warp-knitted fabrics.
