FIBROUS STRUCTURE CONTAINING ELASTIC POLYURETHANE YARN
20220018043 · 2022-01-20 ·

The present invention relates to a fiber structure including an elastic polyurethane yarn. The elastic polyurethane yarn contains: 0.5 to 10 mass % of a cationic high-molecular-weight compound A having a number-average molecular weight of 2000 or more; and an inorganic chlorine deterioration inhibitor B. The mass ratio of the cationic high-molecular-weight compound A to the inorganic chlorine deterioration inhibitor B ranges from 0.3 to 3, and a silicone oil is applied to the elastic polyurethane yarn. The fiber structure is treated with water repellent finishing. The fiber structure preferably includes an elastic polyurethane yarn whose ratio of fluorine (F) to carbon (C) on the elastic polyurethane yarn is 0.030 or more in an elemental mass concentration according to scanning electron microscope-energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (SEM-EDX). Thereby, it is possible to provide a fiber structure having high water repellency and keeping a low water retention rate when immersed in water for an extended time.

BEAMED ELASTOMERIC LAMINATE STRUCTURE, FIT, AND TEXTURE

The present disclosure relates to stranded elastomeric laminates (including bi-laminates and tri-laminates) comprising beamed elastics and may have inventive Dtex-to-Nonwoven-Basis-Weight-Ratios, Dtex-to-Spacing-Ratios, and/or Void-Area-to-Strand-Area-Ratios. The stranded laminates of the present disclosure may be used for disposable absorbent article components (including pant belts) and may comprise inventive bonding arrangements that yield inventive textures and texture arrangements. When the inventive stranded elastomeric laminates are used for pant belts, the pants may have inventive Application-Forces, Sustained-Fit-Load-Forces, and Sustained-Fit-Unload-Forces. Further, when absorbent articles are packaged under compression at inventive In-Bag-Stack-Heights, the stranded elastomeric laminates of the present disclosure maintain their inventive properties and characteristics, including their inventive textures.

Cutting method for elastic membrane material and elastic filament

A cutting method for an elastic membrane material and an elastic filament manufactured with the cutting method. The cutting method includes: preparing an elastic membrane material with flexibility; temporarily bonding the elastic membrane material with a cushion layer to form a semi-finished membrane material and supporting the elastic membrane material by the cushion layer; pulling the semi-finished membrane material continuously, and cutting the elastic membrane material into a plurality of filaments with a cutting device during the pulling process; and separating the cut filaments from the cushion layer, the separated filament being the elastic filament, and the elastic filament can be made into an elastic filament with functionality and special appearance. A fabric woven with the elastic filament has the effects of softness, close-fitting, excellent tactile impression and flexible. A functional layer can be provided on a surface of the elastic filament to make the elastic filament to have luminescent, reflective or conductive function.
