METHOD FOR PRODUCING PEF RAW YARN
Disclosed is a method for producing a polyethylene-2,5-furandicarboxylate (PEF) raw yarn including a spinning/drawing process wherein an undrawn yarn, obtained by melt-spinning of a PEF-containing resin composition, is continuously drawn into a PEF raw yarn without being recovered and the PEF raw yarn is taken up, wherein the ratio of a rate (T) of taking up the PEF raw yarn to a rate (E) of extrusion of the resin composition into filaments during the melt-spinning (T/E) is 700 to 2,000.
Apparatus for Stretching Acrylic Fibres Tows in a Pressurised Steam Environment
A stretching apparatus of fibre tows in a pressurized steam environment comprises a plurality of stretching chests (1) and associated supporting structures (3, 4, 6) arranged side by side, at the same level, on a holding frame. The stretching chests (1) are each formed by two opposed metallic half-chests (1b, 1t), delimiting a stretching chamber (2). The stretching chamber (2) has a generally rectangular section of a low height and opens outwards in correspondence of the two transversal edges of the stretching chest (1) through tow entry and exit openings. Inside the stretching chambers (2) the tows are treated with saturated or overheated steam at high temperature and pressure and simultaneously undergo a mechanical stretching operation.
THREAD PRODUCTION SYSTEM
A thread production system has a workstation with, in each case one after another on a processing path, a melt-spinning device with multiple melt nozzles, a thread inlet section, an inlet godet roller pair located at the end of a thread inlet section, a thread drawing device with two hot godet roller pairs which are arranged on a drawing panel frame of the thread production system, and a one take-up reel. The free godet roller ends of a first hot godet roller pair of the thread drawing device on the processing path protrude into an identical first half space as free godet roller ends of the inlet godet roller pair. Here, a rotational axis of a first godet roller of the inlet godet roller pair on the processing path is oriented at an angle of from 0 to 45 with respect to the longitudinal orientation of the nozzle row.
ELASTIC FIBER, ELASTIC FIBER COVERED YARN AND REELING MANUFACTURING METHODS THEREOF
The present disclosure relates to an elastic fiber, an elastic fiber covered yarn and reeling manufacturing methods thereof. The reeling manufacturing method of an elastic fiber includes: providing an elastic fiber material, the elastic fiber material having a core portion and a skin portion, the skin portion covering the core portion; performing a first extending, to have the elastic fiber material passing a first guiding roller, the speed of the first guiding roller being 500-1500 m/min; performing a second extending, to have the elastic fiber material passing a second guiding roller, the speed of the second guiding roller being 1200-2400 m/min; and performing a third extending, to have the elastic fiber material passing a third guiding roller, the speed of the third guiding roller is 1300-2600 m/min.
Roller
A roller guides and processes synthetic strand material. The roller includes a drivable roller shell. The roller shell has, on a projecting free end thereof, a cover which is effective relative to the surroundings. In order to secure the end of the roller shell relative to an operating side, the cover is freely rotatably connected to the roller shell.
Apparatus for stretching acrylic fibers in a pressurized steam environment and automatic fiber drawing-in device for said apparatus
A stretching apparatus of fibre tows in a pressurized steam environment includes an elongated stretching chamber having a generally rectangular section of a low height, within which the tows are treated with saturated or overheated steam at high temperature and pressure and simultaneously undergo a mechanical stretching operation. The stretching chamber has a width sufficient to house multiple tows mutually flanked in a running plane and is formed within a stretching chest made of aluminum. The stretching chest is housed in a supporting structure, having a higher structural rigidity than the stretching chest, which includes a plurality of contact elements apt to determine a predefined position of the stretching chest with respect to a direction perpendicular to the tow running plane and to allow a limited mobility of the stretching chest in the other two mutually perpendicular directions which lie in the plane, length and width respectively.
LIQUID CRYSTAL POLYESTER MULTI-FILAMENT AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING SAME
A liquid crystal polyester multifilament has an initial modulus variation of 3.0% or less and a tensile strength of 18 cN/dtex or more.
Spinning head and related apparatus for the production of filaments
Apparatus (1) for producing a nonwoven fabric comprising a spinneret (2) and a mechanical drawing device (5) which comprises primary rollers and secondary rollers (21, 22) which are constrained to a frame (50) such that, considering a condition of use, said secondary rollers (21, 22) are movable with respect to said primary rollers (11, 12, 13) between a first position of operational disengagement from said filaments (3), and a second drawing position of said filaments (3).
