The heat-ray reflecting film structure can cultivate plants by the agricultural greenhouse utilizing sunlight economically and efficiently as it has a structure that narrow band-shaped tapes obtained by cutting a multi-layer laminated film made by laminating at least two kinds of resin layers with different refractive indices alternately and having an average transmittance at 80% or more for visible light and an average reflectance at 70% or more for heat-ray is woven or knitted as a warp or a weft.
Conductive textile assembly with electrical shielding structure
A conductive assembly (10) includes a conductive fabric core (12) which includes at least one electrically conductive element woven with the fabric core, optionally first and second impermeable layers (14, 16) enveloping the fabric core (12), first and second spacer layers (18, 20) overlying or within the impermeable layers (14, 16) and first and second conductive shield or screen layers (22, 24) overlying the spacer layers. The shield layers are electrically coupled together in the preferred embodiment for electromagnetic shielding. The spacer layers (18, 20) provide a stable and uniform spacing between the shield or screen conductors (22, 24) and the conductive fabric core (12).
Protective apparel
The present invention is disclosing protective apparel comprising a textile fabric of a defined material. Defined material includes textile clothing fiber embedded with microfilaments of a metal forming a Farady cage around a wearer. Protective apparel blocks electromagnetic and/or radio frequency field waves.
LIGHT SPECTRUM-MODIFYING NETTING FOR USE IN CITRUS FRUIT PRODUCTION
A photo-selective light spectrum-modifying net for use in citrus fruit production, the net comprising a woven array of parallel and mutually spaced first threads and an array of parallel and mutually spaced second threads, the second threads being inclined to the first threads to define an array of openings between the first and second threads, wherein the first threads are uncolored and composed of a first polymer which is selected from a polymer incorporating a white pigment or dye, a transparent polymer or a translucent polymer, and the second threads are colored red and composed of a second polymer which incorporates a red pigment or dye, the second threads being adapted to transmit, scatter and reflect electromagnetic radiation in the wavelength range of from 640 to 680 nm. Also disclosed is a method of producing citrus fruit using the net.
Cloth and protective product
Provided are a cloth and a protective product, which allow for any color appearance and have excellent protection performance against electric arcs. The cloth has a woven fabric structure, wherein a front-surface spun yarn containing an infrared absorber- and/or electrically conductive agent-containing fiber and not containing carbon is located on a front surface, while a back-surface spun yarn containing a carbon-containing fiber is located on a back surface, and the cloth has an ATPV value of 8.0 cal/cm.sup.2 or more in Arc Resistance Test ASTM F1959-1999.
Electromagnetic shielding device
The present invention relates to an electromagnetic shielding device including at least one hollow protective textile sleeve having a main rest diameter D1 and an interior volume configured to receive one or several elongated element(s), and at least one hollow connecting textile sleeve having a rest diameter D2, D2 greater than Dl. The protective textile sleeve includes a substantially annular front part having a front open end, the connecting textile sleeve includes a substantially annular rear part having a rear open end, and the shielding device includes a first electrically conductive securing area in which the rear part of the connecting sleeve and the front part of the protective sleeve are at least partly secured.
EMF/RF radiation shielding means
This invention provides an EMF/RF radiation shielding means including a conductive fabric enclosure functioned as a Faraday cage, a pair of flexible magnets for sealing the Faraday cage and a zipper to complete the closure and allow the two magnets to connect. The conductive fabric enclosure has a closable and openable top side, a left side, a right side and a closed bottom side. The conductive fabric enclosure is provided with two accommodations opposite to each other at its inner surface under and along the closable and openable top side. The pair of flexible magnets is respectively placed in the accommodations for connecting and sealing the Faraday cage. The zipper provides easy closing and opening to the enclosure, where the zipper closes it allows the two magnets to connect and when opening it allows easy access to the enclosure.
Switchable electromagnetic shield
It is disclosed an electromagnetic shield (1) and a related method for providing electromagnetic shielding wherein the shield comprises a shielding surface provided with a plurality of electrically conductive elements (2), said plurality of electrically conductive elements (2) being electrically connected to a switching assembly (3) configured to switch said electromagnetic shield (1) between an open configuration, wherein said electrically conductive elements (2) are electrically insulated from one another, and a shorted configuration wherein said electrically conductive elements (2) are electrically connected to each other at a common node (C). When the electrically conductive elements (2) of the electromagnetic shield (1) are switched between the open and shorted configurations, a change of the electromagnetic shielding effectiveness (EMSE) occurs. The electromagnetic shield (1) can be used for providing a shielding textile fabric (12), or an article that may comprise the electromagnetic shield (1) in form of a pocket preferably made with the shielding fabric (12).
