A bathtub assembly includes a bathtub shell containing a volume of liquid, a circulation system in communication with the shell for creating a flow of liquid to and from the shell, and a dispenser assembly for introducing a substance into a portion of the flow of liquid into the bathtub shell. A control panel is rotatably mounted on an upper rim of the bathtub shell proximate to an inlet to the dispenser assembly and rotates to alternately cover or expose the inlet. A plurality of directed flow jets are connected to the bathtub shell for conveying the flow of liquid into the shell to create a directed flow of liquid within the bathtub shell.

Methods and devices for providing liquids to nasal and/or paranasal cavities are disclosed. Probe portions of a first and of a second probe are introduced to a user's first and second nostril, respectively. Each probe has a primary channel and a secondary channel. Fluid is provided to the secondary channels to expand the expandable portions of the secondary channels, seal the nostril openings and expand alar sidewalls of the nostrils. This may reveal ducts that lead to the paranasal cavities. The liquid is provided through the primary channels to the nasal cavity, the liquid being disposed to reach and stimulate the soft palate, and may trigger a swallow reflex to raise the soft palate and exert pressure to the liquid, the liquid may find an escape route through the ducts and into the paranasal cavities.

Disposable nasal liquid dispenser device for dispensing a controlled quantity of a liquid solution into the nasal cavities and/or paranasal sinuses of a user, comprising: a liquid solution holding cylinder (1), said cylinder containing a quantity of liquid solution to be dispensed and comprising two cannulas (2) for dispensing the liquid solution into both nasal cavities simultaneously; two resilient nostril plugs (4) designed to seal the nostrils upon application therein, and comprising a discharge orifice (5) and coupling means (6) configured to be mounted on said cannulas (2); a piston (7) comprising elastic piston seals to offer sealing on the liquid solution holding cylinder (1) and designed to slide in an axial direction relative to said cylinder; and an actuator (8) configured to move the piston along the inside of the cylinder (1) upon manual actuation of a user.

A nasal irrigation device communicates an irrigant to a device user and comprises a mechanics module and a reservoir assembly wherein a source of saline comprising a cartridge is disposed within the mechanics module adjacent a lid assembly for piercing the cartridge upon closing of a lid for releasing the cartridge contents into the reservoir assembly. A faux collapsible cartridge for testing operability of a nasal irrigation device comprises a housing including a shaft, a spring biased rod extending from the housing shaft, and a flange depending from a housing wall whereby the rod and flange are disposed to actuate a trigger assembly of the nasal irrigation device.

The present invention provides an apparatus for delivering a fluid to a subject. The apparatus includes: (a) a vessel fillable with an amount of water through an opening; (b) a cap for covering the opening and configured to store an additive to be released into the water; and (c) a fluid delivery attachment including a body having: (i) a cap engaging portion configured to rupture a portion of the cap in order to release the additive into the water; (ii) a fluid outlet; and, (iii) a passageway extending between the cap engaging portion and the fluid outlet, wherein, the cap engaging portion is engageable with the cap so as to allow fluid to flow between the vessel and the fluid outlet.

An inflatable float tank for providing a therapeutic sensory deprivation session. The inflatable float tank includes opaque inflatable sidewalls including a drop-stitch material. The drop stitch material includes opposing walls with stitched threads extending at acute angles from one another. An ice boot spa system that is lightweight and portable to allow leg and ankle cooling in a mineral bath and optionally means to secure a foot to the spa and to provide proper foot support. Systems and methods for nasal irrigation are provided in which a nasal irrigation device includes a source of saline solution, an effluent receptacle, a nasal interface, a vacuum source, a fluid passageway to communicate the source of saline solution with the effluent receptacle through the nasal interface and a nasal cavity of the user, and a switch and valve assembly for selectively controlling the vacuum source and flow of the saline solution through the fluid passageway. The saline solution source bottle is disposed relative to the device to provide gravitational inducement of saline solution to the nasal interface in engagement to the device user's nostrils. A combination of the gravitational inducement and the relative vacuum from an effluent receptacle generates a fluid flow for irrigating, cleansing and massaging the nasal cavity and ostia of a user. The entire device is assembled as a hand-held device for convenient lifting and disposal against the user's nostrils.
