Thermally Stable Flame Resistant Fabrics Produced from Thermally Stable Yarn in Only One Fabric Direction and Garments Made from Same

Flame resistant fabrics that comply with applicable thermal requirements (e.g., char length, after flame, thermal shrinkage, etc.) but only include thermally stable fibers in yarns extending in a single fabric direction (warp or weft). The yarns extending in the other direction (warp or weft) are devoid of thermally stable fibers.

Towel cloth is provided, which has bulky and fluffy hand, of which hand hardly changes and fluff drop hardly occurs during washing, of which a dewatering property is favorable and dries rapidly after washing, and which also has water absorbability. Towel cloth in which a pile yarn is locked to a ground yarn, wherein the pile yarn is constituted by a twisted union yarn of a non-crimpable polyester-based multifilament yarn and a vegetable fiber.

Bamboo Shade Fabric

Present invention teaches a bamboo fabric shade that is woven in a weft and warp fashion from a plurality of bamboo filaments. An alternative embodiment of dual bamboo filaments as a single unit for the weaving is done in a similar fashion. Each bamboo filament has a high-molecule bamboo thread inside a layer of coating wherein the coating is made to be thicker at a middle node section with the thickness tapering off towards the two distal ends of the high-molecule bamboo thread. The coating uses PVC material, with optional addition of UV-absorbent materials. Such construction of the bamboo fabric adds to the reduction of light pollution when used for home decoration purposes.
