Fabric, method for manufacturing same, and fiber product

The invention addresses the problem of providing a cloth that is excellent not only in flame retardancy and antistatic properties but also in appearance quality and preferably also has protection performance against electric arcs, a method for producing the same, and a textile product. A means for resolution is a cloth including a meta-type wholly aromatic polyamide fiber and an electrically conductive fiber, wherein both the meta-type wholly aromatic polyamide fiber and the electrically conductive fiber are colored.

Clothing for a machine for producing fiber-cement components and production method for a clothing of this type

A clothing for a machine for producing fiber cement components includes a basic fabric having MD yarns and CD yarns. At least some of the MD yarns are formed from first multifilaments of a first material and second multifilaments twisted therewith of a second material. The first material has a higher tensile strength and a higher melting temperature than the second material. The MD yarns are heat-treated at a temperature between the melting temperature of the second material and the melting temperature of the first material, so that the at least partially melted second material forms a matrix after cooling, in which the first multifilaments of the first material are embedded. A method for producing the clothing is also provided.

A synthetic fiber blend fabric is disclosed. The synthetic fiber blend fabric is a woven fabric that is made from blended yarns each obtained by mix spinning of three or more kinds of fibers including wool fibers, polyester fibers, and acrylic fibers, or is a woven fabric mainly consisting of the blended yarns. Each of the blended yarns contains the three or more kinds of fibers blended therein so as to be approximately uniformly distributed at a prescribed blending ratio along a longitudinal direction of the blended yarn. The blended yarn has a total content of the wool fibers, the polyester fibers, and the acrylic fibers of 90 mass % or more and 100 mass % or less. The acrylic fibers have a fineness of 0.5 dtex or more and 1.4 dtex or less.

A method of making a yarn is disclosed. A plurality of fibers is obtained by: preparing a slurry of polymer mixed with water insoluble nanoparticles of electrolytic copper, and extruding the slurry through a spinneret that includes a plurality of holes which impart a generally “X”-shaped cross-section to the plurality of fibers. The plurality of fibers are spun together to form the yarn.

METHOD FOR PRODUCING DURABLE FLUFFY AND SOFT LOOP FABRIC HAVING EMBEDDED WEFT FLOATS
20210140077 · 2021-05-13 · ·

A method for producing durable fluffy and soft loop fabric having embedded weft floats, including: 1) yarn selection; 2) winding; 3) warping; 4) sizing; 5) weaving; and 6) dyeing and finishing. During the weaving process, low-twist or zero-twist yarns or filament long floats are embedded into loops. During the dyeing and finishing process, due to weft-wise shrinkage, the embedded weft floats shrink and expand, thereby supporting the loops upright without lodging. In addition, the fluffy zero-twist yarns and interlaced yarn floats form a stacked stereoscopic structure with other weft yarns fixedly connected to the loops, thereby facilitating the extension of the loops and enlarging moisture diffusion surfaces of the loops during baking and air-drying processes to create a rapid drying condition for towels. Therefore, a loop fabric which has a special style and a fluffy and soft hand feeling and is still fluffy and soft after being washed is obtained.
