RESIN BELT
A resin belt includes: a plurality of teeth disposed at predetermined intervals along a longitudinal direction of the belt on a running surface of a belt body made of a thermoplastic resin; and a cloth covering the teeth, characterized in that: the cloth is a woven cloth obtained by weaving a thermoplastic synthetic resin fiber used as a warp yarn in the longitudinal direction of the belt and a fluorine resin fiber used as a weft yarn in a width direction of the belt; and a percentage of the fluorine resin fiber exposed on a side of a cloth surface of the teeth is 50% or more per unit area, and a percentage of the fluorine resin fiber exposed on a side of a bonded surface with the belt body is 50% or less per unit area.
RESIN BELT
A resin belt includes: a plurality of teeth disposed at predetermined intervals along a longitudinal direction of the belt on a running surface of a belt body made of a thermoplastic resin; and a cloth covering the teeth. The cloth is a woven cloth obtained by weaving a thermoplastic synthetic resin fiber used as a warp yarn in the longitudinal direction of the belt and a fluorine resin fiber used as a weft yarn in a width direction of the belt. Crimp of the thermoplastic synthetic resin fiber used in the longitudinal direction of the belt is greater than crimp of the fluorine resin fiber used in the width direction of the belt.
WOVEN GARMENT WITH GRIP YARNS
A woven panel is provided that utilizes grip yarns in the weft direction in a first area to increase the coefficient of friction of the woven panel. The grip yarns are interlaced with a plurality of non-grip yarns to form a repeating pattern of floats on the woven panel, that when sewn into a garment, provide additional traction and friction for securing the garment to a wearer's body.
ANTI-SLIP SOCK
An anti-slip sock includes a sock body configured to be worn on a human foot. The sock body woven from fabric yarn threads defines opposite outer and inner surfaces and has a sock sole. The sock sole corresponds to a sole of the foot with the inner surface facing the foot. The sock sole is woven from the fabric yarn threads together with anti-slip yarn threads. The sock sole is provided with a protective means that prevents the human foot from contacting the anti-slip yarn threads. Thereby, contact between the anti-slip yarn threads and human skin and in turn the risk of skin irritation can be eliminated.
Textile that is both soft to touch and resistant to abrasion and stretching
A woven textile includes, in at least one of the warp or weft directions, non-flocked yarns and flocked yarns. The flocked yarns include a support yarn having a core covered with an adhesive layer. The support yarn has a base diameter. Protruding filaments provide the flocked yarns with an apparent diameter. The non-flocked yarns have a diameter which is smaller than the apparent diameter and larger than the base diameter of the flocked yarns.

Innerduct structure containing monofilament jacketed woven rope
An article containing an innerduct structure and a woven rope located within the innerduct structure. The woven rope an inner portion comprising a plurality of multifilament fibers in the length direction of the woven rope and a jacket portion covering the inner portion. The jacket portion contains a plurality of monofilament fibers in the length direction of the woven rope and at least one multifilament fiber in the circumferential direction interwoven with the monofilament fibers in the length direction of the jacket portion. The monofilament fibers of the jacket portion form the majority of the outer surface of the woven rope.
ANTISLIP SHEET MATERIAL WITH TWISTED TAPES
A sheet of material suitable for roofing or industrial wrapping applications has an anti-skid surface formed by ridges of twisted tapes. The sheet comprises a woven scrim of warp tapes and weft tapes. Some of the tapes are twisted about their longitudinal axis, for example about (25) to (400) revolutions per meter, to form ridges having a height substantially greater than the thickness of the tapes. The ridges impart an anti-skid surface to the sheet. The scrim is bonded to a coating or film to make the sheet waterproof.
Base cloth for material and manufacturing method therefor
Provided are a base cloth for a material and a manufacturing method therefor, the base cloth suppressing opening of a boundary portion between an expanding part and a non-expanding part when used in a bag body, having low dynamic air permeability, and being capable of exhibiting the characteristic of being unlikely to burst even at high temperatures. A fabric base cloth for a material according to the present invention is composed of fibers having a prescribed thread breaking strength value, and for which the cloth surface is not subjected to resin coating, laminating, or a resin impregnation treatment.
SLIDING FABRIC
A sliding fabric exhibits a small amount of compression in the thickness direction under load application, does not cause generation of play between members, and is superior in sliding properties and durability. The sliding fabric is configured such that fluororesin fibers (X) and other fibers (Y) are alternately arranged as warps and/or wefts on at least one side of the fabric and the amount of compression of the fabric is 25 m or less.
