Stretchable Wire Member
20210381140 · 2021-12-09 · ·

An object is to solve problems associated with a stretchable wire member that includes, for example, a garment with stretchable wires formed thereon, that is, to solve the problems of wrinkles and undulations that often occur after the garment is stretched. A stretchable wire member includes a fabric; a base layer disposed on a surface of the fabric; a conductive layer disposed in part of the fabric, the conductive layer being on a surface of the base layer; and a protective layer covering the conductive layer. In the stretchable wire member, an elastic modulus E′3 of a multilayer body portion including the fabric, the base layer, and the protective layer ranges from 1 MPa to 6 MPa.

Knitted component

The present invention concerns a knitted component, especially for an article of apparel or footwear, including: a first knitted layer, including a knitted first portion with a first linear loop density along a first direction, a knitted second portion with a second linear loop density along the first direction, wherein the second linear loop density is greater than the first linear loop density; a second knitted layer, including a knitted third portion with a third linear loop density along a second direction, a knitted fourth portion with a fourth linear loop density along the second direction; wherein the first knitted layer is connected to the second knitted layer.

SLEEVE FOR AN EXTREMITY

Aspects herein are directed to a tubular knit sleeve for a below-the-knee amputee where the tubular knit sleeve includes zoned grip features, zoned cushioning features, zoned traction features, and zoned breathability/permeability features that facilitate the wearer participating in athletic activities, such as wrestling, without a prosthetic leg.

Knit Bra

Aspects herein are directed to a bra having a front portion with a double-knit structure having different ratios of float stitches to tuck stitches within intermediate courses within the double-knit structure. The front portion includes a Y-shaped region and a first breast-contacting region, where intermediate courses have a greater ratio of float stitches to tuck stitches within the Y-shaped region than within the first breast-contacting region.

Multiple layer knitted components having multi-bed area

In one aspect of the disclosure, a knitted component for use in an article of footwear may include a first layer with a multi-bed first area having a first surface and an opposite facing second surface. The knitted component may include a second layer with a second area overlapping the first area. The second area may have a first surface and an opposite facing second surface. The knitted component may include a plurality of interlayer knit stitches interlooping at least one yarn of the first layer with at least one yarn of the second layer at an interface between the second surfaces of the first and second areas. The interior surfaces of the first area and the second area may define at least part of a freely separable area between the first and second areas.

A knit sock is integrally formed of a body yarn in circumferential courses and axial wales, and includes a foot portion having a heel and a toe, and an ankle portion joined to the foot portion and defining an open leg end of the sock. A first targeted compression zone is formed with the foot portion between the heel and the toe, and includes spaced-apart axial compression ridges extending axially outward from the heel at a first end of the first compression zone to a second end of the first compression zone. A second targeted compression zone is formed with the ankle portion between the heel and the open leg end of the sock, and includes spaced-apart axial compression ridges extending axially outward from the heel at a first end of the second compression zone to a second end of the second compression zone.

KNIT LOWER-BODY GARMENT

Aspects herein are directed to a knit lower-body garment, methods of manufacturing and/or forming the knit lower-body garment using a flat knitting process, and knit blanks used to form the knit lower-body garment. In example aspects, the knit lower-body garment is formed from a one-piece knit textile blank that includes partial-length knit courses in select locations to provide three-dimensional shaping to the resulting lower-body garment.

Circular knitting machine

A single- or double-knit circular knitting machine having a cylinder (11) equipped with cylinder needles and/or a dial equipped with dial needles for the production of single- or double-jersey knitted webs, which machine has at least one thread-selection device, threads being able to be supplied to any cylinder- and/or dial needle by the thread-selection device.

UPPER AND METHOD FOR THE MANUFACTURE OF AN UPPER
