Textile assemblies for speakers, including textile assemblies with inlaid tensioning yarns, and associated apparatuses and methods

This document describes textile assemblies for speakers, including textile assemblies with inlaid tensioning yarns, and associated apparatuses and methods. The textile assembly includes a textile body (106) with inlaid tensioning yarns (302, 304). The textile assembly (102) may be a fully-fashioned textile swatch. The tensioning yarns are inlaid at intervals in the textile body but can slide within or be pulled through the textile body. Further, the tensioning yarns have ends (306, 308, 402, 404) that are accessible near the edges of the textile body for various reasons. First, pulling on them while the textile assembly is on an acoustic device (104) tensions the tensioning yarns such that they limit movement of the textile assembly and break up vibration modes. Second, their ends can be tied directly to, formed into loops to hook over, or wound around, features (208) on the acoustic device to removably secure the textile assembly to the acoustic device.

Interior material of vehicle

An interior material of a vehicle includes: a fabric layer made of a tricoat fabric, a foam layer disposed on a lower surface of the fabric layer, and an antifouling layer disposed at least between an upper surface of the fabric layer or the fabric layer and the foam layer. The tricoat fabric includes a combination of at least one of a polyurethane yarn, a high-elongation polyester yarn, or a polyester yarn.

A problem of the present invention is to provide a composite yarn, a fabric, and a fiber product, which are excellent in cotton-like appearance, texture, and snagging resistance, and preferably excellent in see-through-preventing properties and water absorbing and quick drying properties. The solution is to obtain a composite yarn using a thick and thin yarn and a crimped yarn and to obtain a fabric, if desired.

A method of manufacturing an at least partially knitted artifact (4) includes knitting at least one multilayer fabric sheet (8) having at least a first layer (12) made with a first yarn (14), of animal, plant, synthetic and/or artificial origin, and at least a second layer (22), made with a second, heat-shrinking yarn (24). The first and second layers (12, 22) being at least partially interconnected in respective knitting stitches (28), during the knitting operation. The multilayer fabric sheet (8) is shaped according to a predefined shape. The multilayer sheet (8) is subjected to heat treatment to obtain predefined shrinkage of the second heat-shrinking yarn (24) and a dimensional stabilization of the sheet. The second yarn (24) forms a bearing structure of the multi-layer sheet (8) and the multilayer sheet (8) is assembled to form the artefact (4) by stitching and/or gluing edges of the dimensionally stabilized sheet.

Knitted fabric with leather fibers and manufacturing method thereof

The present invention provides a knitted fabric with leather fibers comprising a ground yarn layer and a face yarn layer directly connected with the ground yarn layer through double knitting. The ground yarn layer includes a plurality of first yarn loops, each of the first yarn loops is formed by a plurality of ground yarns. The face yarn layer includes a plurality of second yarn loops, each of the second yarn loops is formed by at least one face yarn attached with the leather fibers obtained from a piece of leather by a pulverization operation. A course ratio of the face yarn layer to the ground yarn layer is in a range between 1:1.25 and 1:4. Accordingly, the invention provides an innovative knitted fabric and solves the problem that the leather cannot be recycled after being discarded.
