Drum intermediate storage device for a textile machine
The invention relates to a drum intermediate storage of yarn for a textile machine having a driven rotary drum with a working surface and a movable radial rotary arm. The driven rotary drum is coupled with a first drive and the arm is coupled with a second drive, whereby both drives are composed of motors and both motors are connected to a control system of the textile machine. The radial rotary arm is provided with a yarn guide, whose working portion upholds the yarn radially relative to the axis of rotation of the drum.
YARN FEEDER WITH MOTORIZED YARN WINDING SPOOL
A yarn winding assembly installed on a support includes a motorized spool and an oblique spacer pin, between which a yarn is wound. The spacer pin is supported rotatably by a rotating supporting component so that it is entrained in two directions by the yarn wound between the spool and the spacer pin. The rotation of the spacer pin is delimited by an element of arrest at least in a direction of unwinding the yarn.

Yarn feeder with rotary storage drum and yarn-unwinding sensor
A motorized rotary drum supported on a motor housing bears a plurality of yarn loops wound thereon, such loops being adapted to be unwound upon request from a downstream machine. A yarn-unwinding sensor comprises light-emitting elements and light-receiving elements both of which are integral with the motor housing. Light-guiding elements which are integral with the drum guide the light from the light-emitting elements to a window which is defined on the rotary drum in a position such that it is repeatedly engaged by the yarn during its rotary unwinding motion, and vice versa. A reflecting surface reflects the light coming out of the window back towards the window. Light-deviating elements which are integral with the motor housing deviate the light coming back from the window towards the light-receiving elements. The unwinding of a yarn loop from the drum is determined on the basis of the variation of light resulting from the yarn transiting on the window.
OPEN-TYPE CIRCULAR KNITTING MACHINE FOR THE OPEN AND WIDTH-VARIABLE WEB PRODUCTION WITH A KNITTED FABRIC TAKE-DOWN AND/OR COLLECTING ASSEMBLY
An open-type knitting machine for the open and width-variable web production with a fabric take-down and/or collecting assembly, including a basement and a knitting head provided with a needle-holding element having a plurality of needles arranged around a central axis. A first active needle and a last active needle of the plurality delimit between them a dead zone of the needle-holding element without active needles, and an operating zone shaped as an arc of circle and provided with active needles for producing a partially tubular knitted fabric. A take-down and/or collecting assembly for the knitted fabric under production is arranged downstream from the knitting head with respect to a feeding direction of the knitted fabric. The knit-ting machine further comprises devices for adjusting the angular position of the take-down and/or collecting assembly with respect to the dead zone of the needle-holding element around the central axis.
KNITTING MACHINE WITH A SINKER AND BIASED CAM MEMBER FOR ACTUATING THE SINKER
A knitting machine may include a sinker configured to move between an open position and a closed position. The knitting machine may have a sinker actuator system having a first configuration and a second configuration. The sinker actuator system, in the first configuration, may be configured to actuate the sinker from the open position toward the closed position. The sinker may be configured to change the sinker actuator system from the first configuration to the second configuration when the sinker receives an input force above a predetermined threshold in the movement from the open position toward the closed position. The sinker actuator system, in the second configuration, may allow the sinker to move away from the closed position toward the open position.
CIRCULAR KNITTING MACHINE
A circular knitting machine with a needle cylinder (11), in which cylinder needles (13) are mounted to be longitudinally displaceable, and a dial (12), in which rib dial needles (14) are mounted to be radially displaceable, wherein auxiliary elements (15), in particular sinkers, associated with the cylinder needles (13) and auxiliary elements (16), in particular sinkers, associated with the rib dial needles (14), as well as separate thread feeds to the cylinder needles (13) and to the rib dial needles (16) are provided, wherein separate tubular knits (19, 20) can be produced simultaneously or one after the other with the cylinder needles (13) and with the rib dial needles (14).

KNIT FABRIC PRODUCTION METHOD, FABRIC PRODUCTION METHOD, AND SEWN PRODUCT PRODUCTION METHOD
A knit fabric production method includes a step of producing a knit fabric K1 from an untwisted yarn Y0 while producing the untwisted yarn Y0 by disposing a fiber bundle FB around a linear core member CP formed of a soluble polymer, falsely twisting the fiber bundle FB by using an air flow swirling in a predetermined first direction and simultaneously causing open end fibers OF to adhere to an outer circumferential surface of the falsely twisted fiber bundle FB by using an air flow swirling in a second direction opposite the first direction, and untwisting the falsely twisted fiber bundle FB.
