KNITTING METHOD AND KNITTING DEVICE
The present disclosure relates to a knitting method and device based on a knitting pattern in which front, left-sleeve, right-sleeve and rear-shoulder pieces are integrally connected. The method includes: collecting a knitting pattern graphic or instruction; receiving pattern information sent by a data collection module to determine the knitting type, and defining the knitting start position, the knitting direction, the knitting point position and the stitching path of different knitting types; wherein, a control module controls a driving module such that a knitting needle knits in a V-shaped path, a horizontal path or a vertical path; and when the knitting needle moves to a panel border position or a reversing position, a state monitoring module sends information to the control module, and the driving module adjusts the knitting action until the knitting operation on a target knitting panel is completed.

Knitting mechanism for circular knitting machine and the circular knitting machine
Provided is a knitting method and a knitting mechanism, and a circular knitting machine, in which in jacquard or semi jacquard knitting using a circular knitting machine, welt stitching is avoided so as to prevent the breakage and overlapping of yarns and filaments. According to the present invention, only needles selected for knitting and needles selected for tucking perform stitching, and needles selected for welting are prevented from performing stitching by a deactivation method, and thus the needles selected for welting do not perform stitching, so that the load on old loops can be suppressed, and breakage and overlapping of yarns and filaments can be prevented.

SYSTEM AND METHOD OF KNITTING A WARP STRUCTURE ON A FLAT KNITTING MACHINE
System and method of manufacturing a unitary construction of a weft knit article with one or more warp insert in an integrated knitting process by using a weft knit machine. The unitary construction comprises one or more yarn materials, which are incorporated into one or more weft and warp stitch structures. The knitting machine is equipped with a warp feeder assembly, including a weft knit warp feeder, a warp knitting guide needle block operable to hold a plurality of warp strands, a strand guide bar configured to guide the plurality of warp strands to the weft knit warp feeder, and a cam box. The cam box includes at least a weft stitch cam, a weft guard cam, a warp stitch cam, and a warp guard cam.
SOCK KNITTING NEEDLE
The present disclosure relates to a knitting needle for a knitting set for producing cross-sectionally round knitted products, having a first leg extending in a variable manner from a bendable shaft portion in a first extension direction to a first free end suitable for holding stitches, and a second leg extending in a variable manner from the bendable shaft portion in a second extension direction to a second free end suitable for holding stitches, wherein the free ends are in the form of rounded tips, and wherein the center of gravity of the knitting needle is arranged within the shaft portion, wherein the first extension direction and the second extension direction are at a variable angle to one another.
Circular knitting machine for manufacturing open-work knitted fabric
A circular knitting machine for manufacturing open-work knitted fabric includes a crown arranged around a needle-holding cylinder and having a plurality of radial grooves and a guiding ring operatively associated to the crown. Each of a plurality of knockover sinkers is housed in one of the radial grooves, is radially movable in the respective radial groove and has a pin configured for cooperating with the needles. At least one shaped sinker is placed beside each of the knockover sinkers and is movable with respect to the respective knockover sinker. The shaped sinker has a protrusion offset laterally with respect to the respective knockover sinker and configured for elongating an interstitch, arranging it on an adjacent needle and forming an open work. A selector is operatively coupled with the shaped sinker and is oscillating in a radial plane between a rest position and an operating position, wherein in the operating position the selector acts indirectly upon the shaped sinker so as to deviate the trajectory of the shaped sinker. A selecting actuator faces laterally the crown and can be engaged upon command with the selectors for causing the selectors to switch from the rest position to the operating position.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR PROVIDING A KNITTING NEEDLE
Some implementations of the described invention relate to a knitting needle. While this first knitting needle can have any suitable characteristic or component, in some cases, it defines a groove that extends longitudinally along a length of the knitting needle. In some cases, the groove opens near a point end (or distal end) of the first needle. Thus, in some cases, a tip of a second knitting needle can run through the groove, such that the tip of the second needle is able to readily pass under a portion of yarn (or other material) that is on the first knitting needle. In some cases, a proximal end of the knitting needle comprises an object that is wider than a width of a shaft of the needle. In some cases, the described knitting needle is coupled with another needle via a non-resilient coupler. Other implementations are described.
