A loop cutting apparatus for a circular knitting machine which has a circular cylinder including a plurality of knitting needles movable independently includes an upper needle dial located on the circular cylinder and a plurality of yarn cutting needle sets radially centered about the axis of the circular cylinder. Each yarn cutting needle set includes a first cutter needle and a second cutter needle movable against the first cutter needle in a first yarn cutting displacement thereof. The first cutter needle has a yarn holding section leaned by a yarn and collaborated with the two abutting knitting needles at two sides to pick up and draw the yarn to form a pile loop and a first cutter section connected to the yarn holding section. The second cutter needle has a second cutter section staggered against the first cutter section in the first yarn cutting displacement to cut the pile loop.

A command device (1) for a knitting machine, the device comprising a body (2) of the device configured for movably housing at least an actuator, at least a command organ (5) movably mounted and associated to the body (2) and destined to interact with one or more organs of a knitting machine, for example one or more needles of the knitting machine, and/or with one or more threads infeeding into the knitting machine, and at least an actuator, movably housed at least partially in the body (2) and destined to controlledly move the command organ (5). The device (1) further comprises a support frame (10), associated to the body (2) and configured so as to increase the structural solidity of the body (2).

A mobile cam device (1) for commanding needles of a needle bed of a knitting machine, the device (1) comprising: at least a body (2) having at least an air inlet (3) destined to be connected to a source of compressed air, at least a first housing seating (4a) for movably housing at least a first actuator (5a) in the body (2), and having at least a first air pathway (6a) defined internally of the body (2) and connecting the at least an air inlet (3) with the first seating (4a) for moving the actuator by means of the compressed air, the device further comprises at least a first command cam (8a) movably mounted and associated to the body (2) and destined to interact with at least a needle of a needle bed of a knitting machine, and at least a first actuator (5a), movably housed at least partially in the first housing seating (4a) in the body (2) and destined to move in a controlled way the first command cam (8a). The device further comprises at least a first solenoid valve (9a) mounted and connected directly to the body (2) of the device and active directly at least on the first air pathway (6a), the first solenoid valve being configured and predisposed to selectively enable or prevent passage of air in the first air pathway (6a) such as to selectively activate the first actuator.

The present disclosure relates to a knitting method and device based on a knitting pattern in which front, left-sleeve, right-sleeve and rear-shoulder pieces are integrally connected. The method includes: collecting a knitting pattern graphic or instruction; receiving pattern information sent by a data collection module to determine the knitting type, and defining the knitting start position, the knitting direction, the knitting point position and the stitching path of different knitting types; wherein, a control module controls a driving module such that a knitting needle knits in a V-shaped path, a horizontal path or a vertical path; and when the knitting needle moves to a panel border position or a reversing position, a state monitoring module sends information to the control module, and the driving module adjusts the knitting action until the knitting operation on a target knitting panel is completed.
