The invention relates to a gymnastics and therapy multifunctional installation by realizing rocking movements of the human body, wherein the installation comprises, configuration of liquid-containing spaces (1) by placing adjustable walls (2) with integrated support bars (3), a frame support base (4) in which a variable support frame is mounted, movable holders (52) mounted on the support frame and on the support bars (3) for mounting support components of the human body and cables (9), wherein on cables (9) a substrate base (10) is connected for the assembly of a substrate consisting various parts, where hand (16) and feet (15) parts of the substrate are used separately for exercises. A multifunctional device realizes the rocking movements by generating wave and currents through alternative components assembled into a chamber (24), transmitting movement in various system components and moving through arms (34) the frame support base (4) and support bars (3).

A shower head assembly contains: a body, a fixing platform, a cover, a holding zone, and a fixing unit. The body includes a shower head and a grip portion, the shower head has a receiving chamber, and the grip portion has a channel. The grip portion has an accommodation slot. The cover includes multiple nozzles communicating with the receiving chamber. The holding zone is defined on the cover and has multiple through orifices. The fixing unit includes a movable massage set and a controller. Adjustable seating devices for use in a hot tub may include multiple panels that move relative to one another and/or relative to the hot tub frame to adjust between positions. In some embodiments, one or more panels of the adjustable seating device may include jets. The adjustable seating devices may be adjusted manually, hydraulically, air-actuated, or electronically.

A massage pillow configured to be positioned over a fluid jet includes a cushion and a retaining assembly. A liner for containing a soaking solution in use with a foot spa features two bodies of plastic which are joined at an interface therebetween so as to form two, individual layers. An air conduit is formed between the two layers so as to provide a passageway for pressurized air, which is supplied by an air discharge apparatus, across walls of the liner and into the soaking solution. The inner layer has openings such that the air guided through the air conduit can be released into an inside volume of the liner where the soaking solution is containable. Furthermore, the outer layer is imperforate from a location thereon at which a starting end of the air conduit is disposed to a free end of the layers so as to isolate the inside volume of the liner from the soaking basin.

A system and method for providing an exercise bar for a user to use for rowing or other exercises in the water of the spa or adjacent to the spa. The exercise bar may comprise a central hub, and two sides, each with a first inner tube attached to opposing side of the central hub and a an outer tube in telescoping connection with the inner tube, and a handgrip in connection with the first outer tube. A connector may be mounted to the central hub, the connector to enable the exercise bar to be connected to one or more resistance cables. The exercise bar may be adjustable from a first, shorter length for use with exercises in which a user's hands are positioned closer together and a second, longer length for use with exercises in which a user's hands are positioned father apart.
