Knitted fabric with leather fibers and manufacturing method thereof
The present invention provides a knitted fabric with leather fibers comprising a ground yarn layer and a face yarn layer directly connected with the ground yarn layer through double knitting. The ground yarn layer includes a plurality of first yarn loops, each of the first yarn loops is formed by a plurality of ground yarns. The face yarn layer includes a plurality of second yarn loops, each of the second yarn loops is formed by at least one face yarn attached with the leather fibers obtained from a piece of leather by a pulverization operation. A course ratio of the face yarn layer to the ground yarn layer is in a range between 1:1.25 and 1:4. Accordingly, the invention provides an innovative knitted fabric and solves the problem that the leather cannot be recycled after being discarded.

Dual function absorbing and cooling textile
Disclosed herein is a warp knit spacer dual functional fabric construction that provides the ability to absorb sweat on one side and the ability to cool skin to below a current temperature whether wetted or dry on the other side. The knit uses four separate yarns which collectively work together to produce enhanced cooling. Knits can include warp knit spacer and circular knit spacer materials. Various finishing methods may also be employed to enhance the cooling power of the fabric.

SKIN MATERIAL AND METHOD OF PRODUCING SKIN MATERIAL
A skin material includes a loop pile fabric including fibers including polyester fibers, and an adhesive layer and a skin layer, which are disposed, in this order, on a surface of the loop pile fabric at a side at which pile yarns are provided, in which at least top parts of the pile yarns are located in the adhesive layer, and a gap is formed between a ground structure of the loop pile fabric and the adhesive layer.
Tufted Pile Fabric as Framework for Stretchable and Wearable Composite Electrodes
In a preferred embodiment, there is provided a modified fabric composition, the composition comprising a fabric member and an electroactive member for storing energy, wherein the fabric member comprises a fabric framework defining a deformable plane and a plurality of projections extending at an angle from the plane, and wherein the electroactive member is coupled to at least one of the projections.

Travel cloud pillow
A pillow has a knit cover with a crimped siliconized polyester fill. The pillow is sewn into a spheroid shape, which can be adorned with any desired decoration, such as forming the pillow to resemble the head of a character. The outer cover is made of a polyester derived knit matrix in which the weft of the knit matrix has been scratched and raised to produce a nap averaging 2 mm in height. The outer cover is sliver knit on a warp machine to create a unique texture and feel. After knitting, the fibrous yarn is sheared to create a velvet-like pile. The fill encased within the spheroid is 100% siliconized polyester fiber that is created by melt spinning. The fiber has been crimped at an average 9 crimps per inch. The pillow contains no more than 70 grams of fiber per one inch of diameter. This ratio provides the optimal deformation and pressure for a heightened sensory experience.
WET-TYPE END PART SEAL MATERIAL FOR LINEAR MOTION MECHANISM, AND LINEAR MOTION MECHANISM USING SAME
To provide an end portion sealing member for a linear motion mechanism having good lubrication characteristics and a high degree of protection against dust. An end portion seal member capable of being attached at either end of slider in linear motion mechanism comprising rail and slider, wherein said end portion seal member has support frame body arranged at an outside circumference of said rail; base fabric portion, the back surface of which is secured to an inside circumferential surface of said support frame body; and cut pile that protrudes from a front surface of said base fabric portion; wherein fiber tip portions of said cut pile are bent and made to abut the rail in such fashion as to occlude a gap between said rail and said support frame body; and lubricant has been made to be retained in advance in spaces between pile fibers of said cut pile.
DETACHABLE CARPET
A detachable carpet includes a carpet surface and an anti-slip mat. The carpet surface includes a surface layer and a bottom three-dimensional mesh fabric structure layer. The anti-slip mat includes a bottom anti-slip and water-repellent layer and an upper bonding layer, and the bonding layer is a single-sided fabric on which are arranged a plurality of polyester, polypropylene or nylon monofilament protrusions. The protrusions can be inserted into corresponding meshes of the three-dimensional mesh fabric structure layer. The bonding layer of the anti-slip mat of the present invention adopts a single-sided structure layer formed by cutting the middle of the three-dimensional mesh fabric structure layer, or a single-sided fabric that is made of at least 20D monofilament and provided with protrusions. The 20D-120D polyester, polypropylene or nylon monofilament on the bonding layer forms thick and rigid protrusions with a certain stiffness.
