KNITTED FABRIC FOR PROMOTING HEAT DISSIPATION
A knitted fabric for promoting heat dissipation is to be an insole and covers a wearer's skin when in use, and has two surface layers, an intermediate layer, and multiple channels. The two surface layers are disposed at a spaced interval, and include a first surface layer and a second surface layer oriented to the wearer's skin when the knitted fabric is in use. The second surface layer has multiple braids disposed parallelly, and each one of the multiple braids is straight and extends in a widthwise direction. The intermediate layer is formed with multiple monofilaments knitted between the two surface layers and divergently stretch out from each braid toward the first surface layer. Each monofilament intercrosses with another at a point near the first surface layer. A channel is formed among the intermediate layer and adjacent two said braids and has a V-shaped cross section.
COMFORTABLE BREATHABLE WARP-KNITTED FABRIC FREE OF DEFORMATION, YARN HOOKING AND UNRAVELING
The present disclosure discloses a comfortable breathable warp-knitted fabric free of deformation, yarn hooking and unraveling, which includes a fabric body formed by warp-knitting four strands of yarns, wherein the four strands of yarns are respectively a first yarn, a second yarn, a third yarn and a fourth yarn, the first yarn is a closed-end satin stitch, the second yarn is a closed-end tricot stitch, and the third yarn and the fourth yarn both are weft laid-in stitches. According to the present disclosure, the fabric does not unravel during shearing, is convenient to use, does not leave traces on a wearer, and is very comfortable. The present disclosure has the advantages of being free of deformation, yarn hooking and unraveling, comfortableness, breathability, etc.
MOISTURE-RESPONSE DEFORMING FABRIC
A moisture-response deforming fabric includes 40 parts by weight to 70 parts by weight of an ordinary yarn and 30 parts by weight to 60 parts by weight of a moisture-response stretching nylon yarn. A water-vapour permeability index (imt) of the moisture-response deforming fabric is greater than or equal to 0.35 under a measurement of the validation FTTS-FP-161.
KNIT COMPONENT WITH DIFFERING VISUAL EFFECTS
Aspects herein provide for a knit component having a tubular rib knit structure that extends away from a base portion of the knit component. The tubular rib knit structure includes at least a first portion extending along a longitudinal side of the tubular rib knit structure, where the first portion exhibits a first visual effect at a first area of the knit component and exhibits a second visual effect at a second area of the knit component.

KNIT COMPONENT BONDING
An article may include first and second components comprising non-woven textiles and a third component positioned between the first two components. A first surface of the third component that is adjacent the first component comprises a thermoplastic polymer material, and the third component is fused with a first region of the first component and unfused with a second region of the first component. A method of manufacturing the article, which may be an article of wear, includes arranging the components to form a stacked configuration so that the third component is positioned between the first and second components. Heat and compression may be applied to at least a first region of the first component to fuse the first region with the third component, whereas a second region of the first component may remain unfused to the second component.
INDICATOR MARKING TECHNOLOGY FOR TEXTILES
Improved methods, designs and/or systems for incorporating markings and/or other visual and/or tactilely identifiable indicia on woven, knitted, nonwoven, braided and/or felted textiles used for medical textile implants and prostheses, including medical graft prostheses that would not affect the overall mechanical performance of the textile.
Dual-Layer Mesh Fabric
A dual-layer mesh fabric includes an upper gauze layer and a lower gauze layer. The upper gauze layer includes upper carded yarns. First color yarns are provided to stretch across at least two of the upper carded yarns and turned and weaved back and forth. The lower gauze layer includes lower carded yarns. Second color yarns are provided to stretch across at least two of the lower carded yarns and turned and weaved back and forth. The first and second color yarns are exchanged at a setting position, enabling the first color yarns to be tuned and inserted through the lower carded yarns and the second color yarns to be tuned and inserted through the upper carded yarns to be knitted. The upper gauze layer having the first color yarns shows the second color yarns. The lower gauze layer having the second color yarns shows the first color yarns.
MASK SHEET AND MASK
A mask sheet is provided. The mask sheet is a mesh sheet in which twisted yarns are knitted into a mesh shape, the twisted yarns being provided by twisting filaments each of which is formed by coating a synthetic fiber with silver. A stitch opening of the mesh sheet may be 1 mm or more. The mesh sheet may be a tricot-knitted sheet.
