Reinforced non-woven fabric, assembly including such a fabric, and method for treating a non-woven fabric
A non-woven sheet (10) comprises at least one zone of reinforcement (20a, 20b, 20c, 20d) in which fibers and/or filaments constituting the sheet are bonded together in a reinforcing pattern (22) comprising a plurality of geometric shapes (24), the zone of reinforcement extending over the entire length (L) of the sheet measured in the longitudinal direction (X1), and over a width (l1, l2) strictly less than the width (l) of the sheet (10) measured in a lateral direction (Y1) orthogonal to the longitudinal direction (X1). The sheet (10) thus further comprises at least one non-reinforced zone (30a, 30b). Because of the bonding between the fibers and/or filaments, the elongation of the reinforced zone (20a, 20b, 20c, 20d) under the effect of a given force exerted in a longitudinal direction of the sheet (10) is less than the elongation of the non-reinforced zone under the effect of the same force. Such a sheet (10) may be used in particular for fabricating a laminated assembly.
CURING OVEN AND METHOD OF CONTROLLING CURING OVEN
A curing oven for curing a mineral wool web includes an air permeable conveyor for advancing the mineral wool web through a substantially closed cabinet from a mineral wool web inlet provided at one end of the cabinet to a mineral wool web outlet provided at another end of the cabinet. The curing oven also includes a heated air inlet arranged for directing a flow of heated air through the conveyor. The curing oven includes at least one wool deformation detector.

Multi-ply dispersible nonwoven fabric
The invention relates to a nonwoven fabric material having sufficient strength to be used in a pre-moistened state but also having dispersibility properties which allow the product to be flushed. The material comprises at least two nonwoven webs, at least one of which is hydroentangled. Each of the individual webs comprise 50%-95% wood pulp and 5%-50% of short cut man-made fibers and/or natural fibers and has a basis weight of 20-100 gsm. After forming the webs, the two nonwoven webs are dried and then joined together by particle binders through size press or spraying. The particle binder joined webs separate into individual webs after flushing due to the breakage of particle binder-nonwoven hydrogen bond which makes the material highly dispersible.
A HYGIENE ARTICLE
The present invention is directed to a hygiene article for use in personal care absorbent products such as nappies or diapers, training pants, sanitary napkins, incontinence garments, wound aids, personal protective equipment, facemasks, gowns, head and shoe covers and the like. More particularly, invention provides a hygiene article including a fibre composition comprising a combination of sheep wool fibres and polymeric fibres, wherein the polymeric fibres are not derived from one or more petrochemicals.

COATING FORMULATION FOR CURTAIN COATING FIBROUS NON-WOVEN MATS
A coated non-woven fibrous mat is disclosed comprising a non-woven precursor mat including a plurality of randomly oriented fibers bound by a precursor binder composition, The non-woven fibrous precursor mat has a first major surface and a second major surface opposite to and having a surface roughness greater than the first surface, defining a thickness therebetween. A coating composition is applied to the second major surface of the non-woven precursor mat and substantially uniformly penetrates 5% to less than 30% of the thickness of the non-woven precursor mat. The coating composition comprises a mineral filler and an organic latex binder composition. The coating composition is applied to the non-woven precursor mat in an amount between 1.0 and 10.0 lbs/100 ft.sup.2.
MATERIALS, INCLUDING NONWOVEN MATERIALS, AND METHODS THEREOF
Some aspects of the present disclosure generally relates to materials such as nonwoven materials, e.g., comprising fibers. Some examples of fibers include polyester, rayon, polyethylene terephthalate, polyvinyl acetate, etc. In some embodiments, the material may be functionalized in some manner. For example, a hydrophilic polymer such as polyethylene oxide may be bonded to at least some of the fibers and/or to itself. In some cases, the hydrophilic polymer may be substantially uniformly bonded to the fibers. In some cases, the functionalized material may be relatively permeable, which may allow fluids to flow therethrough. For example, the material may have a relatively high permeability to air, e.g., of at least 5 ft.sup.3/min/ft.sup.2. Other aspects are generally directed to methods of making or using such materials, kits including such materials, etc.
VIBRATING DEVICE FOR AN INSTALLATION FOR PRODUCING A NONWOVEN, FABRIC WEB
A vibration device for an arrangement for producing a nonwoven fabric web, wherein the vibration device is configured to be arranged in a transverse direction of the arrangement under a conveyor belt for fibers from which the nonwoven fabric web is produced, wherein the vibration device is configured to cause the conveyor belt and the fibers transported thereon to vibrate, and wherein the vibration device includes a beam whose top side is configured to contact a bottom side of the conveyor belt at least temporarily, wherein the beam is supported or only excited or excitable by the vibration device so that the beam essentially performs or permits no vibrations in a conveying direction of the arrangement.
