Disclosed is a massage beauty instrument, which includes a main body. The main body includes a host and a beauty massage head connected to the host. The beauty massage head is provided with a vibration portion therein. The vibration portion includes a driving motor fixed in the beauty massage head, a first eccentric wheel and a second eccentric wheel connected in series to both ends of an output shaft of the driving motor, respectively.

A deformable cushion member is coupled to the cover and is designed to surround a user's ear. A plurality of acupressure pins are retained by the cover, are directly coupled to the spring member, have a rounded pressure surface, and are each selectively and linearly translatable along a pin length within the plurality of pin apertures, wherein the spring member is operably configured to bias the plurality of acupressure pins outwardly away from the front surface of the cover to apply pressure to the inside of a user's ear.
