A wearable stimulator device can be used to treat nausea and vomiting resulting from pregnancy, gastroparesis, virtual reality use, motion sickness, chemotherapy, and post-surgical nausea and vomiting, or other conditions by stimulating the P6 point of a user's forearm. A method of treating nausea includes monitoring one or more physiological parameters of a user via a wearable device, for example a smartwatch. Based on the one or more physiological parameters, the P6 point of the user's forearm can be stimulated for a predetermined time, for example via vibrational stimulation effected via a smartwatch or other wearable device. Data regarding the user's physiological parameters, stimulation sessions, and user-provided input regarding treatment efficacy and user symptoms can be collected and analyzed at scale to develop improved treatment regimes, for example modifying stimulation waveforms and/or timing, and identifying physiological parameters useful for predicting the onset of nausea.

A sauna having heating and lighting elements includes control circuitry which links the sauna to a remote server. The remote server provides information and media files for presentation to a user and collects and stores user profile and usage information. Multiple saunas are be linked into a network or global infrastructure so that a user’s profile and usage information follow the user to any sauna connected to the network. A Meibomian Gland Roller system allows for self-administered the treatment for a leading cause of dry eyes, namely, tear film oil deficiency. The system combines an effective and safe technique to combine mechanical rolling pressure with heat for meibomian gland drainage. The rolling action of the roller cylinder combined with the roller head to increase effectiveness in empting inspissated meibomian glands. The roller allows the patient to safely start the application of the pressure at the bottom of the glands and effectively roll open clogged oil glands. The washable roller keeps the head clean for long term use. A preheated eye-shaped soft gel pad can prepare the lids before the roller tip is applied by heating and softening the meibomian gland contents, allowing the roller to have a more effective action to induce mechanical extraction of the gland content.
