A system to provide physical therapy in the form of heating, cooling and/or percussion, comprising: a device that contains a battery, a motor, and a switch to turn the device on or off or put the device in heating mode or put the device in cooling mode or put the device in percussion mode; wherein the device contains a motor and a pushing rod that supply the movement that results in percussion of a removable heating/cooling attachment and a removable percussion attachment; wherein the front of the device connects to the removable heating/cooling attachment that contains an electronic component to control heating or cooling and a cooling fan; wherein the removable heating/cooling attachment can be used for heating or cooling; wherein a housing shell for the heating/cooling attachment is made of plastic, foam, or metal, or any combination of plastic, foam and metal; wherein the front part of the heating/cooling attachment is made of metal that has the capability to be in contact with human skin in order to provide either heating or cooling at fixed or adjusted degrees that are optimal for physical therapy and/or blood circulation; wherein the removable heating/cooling attachment can be replaced by the removable percussion attachment that is used for percussion; wherein the removable percussion attachment can be placed on the skin of a user in order to provide percussion at fixed or adjusted speeds that are optimal for physical therapy.

A portable therapeutic unit and system for treating a back, a neck, or the back and the neck of a user is disclosed. The therapeutic unit includes a first seat, a back support, a hinge, and a metal back. The first seat is designed for the user to sit thereupon. The back support is designed to support a back of the user. The hinge pivotally connects the first seat and the back support. The metal back is connected to the back support, with the metal back magnetically coupling with an attachment magnet. Further, the attachment magnet couples to a therapeutic aid to deliver treatment to the user.

The treatment device (100) further comprises an electrode pair (140), and the electrode pair (140) is connected in parallel with the detection branch (150) and then connected to a constant voltage source. The main control device (200) is electrically connected to the treatment device (100).

The device is configured to fit under the chin of a subject adjacent to the subject's neck at an external location corresponding approximately with the subject's soft tissue associated with the neck's anterior triangle. The device is capable of exerting negative pressure on the surface of a subject's neck, displacing the soft tissue forward and enlarging the airway.

A wearable temperature control assembly includes a temperature control module comprising a contact and a thermal element configured to heat or cool the contact. The assembly also includes a primary strap configured to receive the temperature control module and secure the contact against a subject. The assembly also includes a secondary strap configured to be connected to the primary strap. The secondary strap is configured to provide adjustment of a pressure between the contact and the subject when the primary strap secures the contact to the subject.

A massage tool includes a spherically-shaped muscle ball element, a cylindrical central handle element, a discoid-shaped skin brace element, and a pin-pointer element. The massage tool allows for both general and targeted massage of various body parts. The present disclosure generally relates to intelligent garments that provide thermal regulation in a variety of environments. The garments may include different layers such as a hydrophobic layer in direct contact with a wearer's skin surface and saturated with an aqueous mixture, a spacer layer, a reflective layer, and an outer hydrophobic layer. The layers of the garment may work together to reduce the metabolic expenditure of the wearer in extreme environmental conditions or during demanding physical activity. A variety of sensors may be displaced throughout the garments so as to enable the collection of data associated with wearers as well as environmental conditions. Wearers may control the thermal balance and other properties of the garments as desired.

A personal therapy system includes a sensory stimulation pack having a heating device and/or a scent-emitting device, and a holder including a holder body receiving the sensory stimulation pack within a cavity. The holder body has two disc-shaped body pieces releasably attachable to contain the sensory stimulation pack, and vents for outputting heat or scent from the cavity. Surfaces of the holder body have selectively smooth or not smooth textures for varied tactile stimulation of a user.
