Tool for supporting a workpiece on an embroidery machine
A device for providing support for a workpiece on an embroidery machine. The device has a base that is configured to fit on a rod of the embroidery machine, wherein the rod of the embroidery machine is located beneath a bobbin arm. First and second sides extend upward from the base and form a channel therebetween, the channel being configured to receive the bobbin arm of the embroidery machine. The first and second sides have upper edges that are configured to provide a support structure for a workpiece placed thereon, and preferably extend to a height that is substantially the same height as a top of the bobbin arm.

HOLDING FRAME, FRAME FORMING PORTION OF A HOLDING FRAME, AND HOLDER FOR A HOLDING FRAME
A holding frame includes a frame forming portion and at least one holder. The frame forming portion has a placement surface, a first magnet, and a plurality of first magnetic field generation portions generating magnetic fields with the first magnet. The first magnet is arranged on the frame forming portion so that the orientations of the magnetic fields of the plurality of first magnetic field generation portions that are adjacent are reversed from each other on the placement surface. The at least one holder has a holding surface, a second magnet, and a plurality of second magnetic field generation portions generating magnetic fields with the second magnet. The second magnet is arranged in each holder so that the orientations of the magnetic fields of the plurality of second magnetic field generation portions that are adjacent are reversed from each other on the holding surface.
TABLETOP SEWING FRAME
A sewing frame unit is provided. The sewing frame unit includes a frame support structure and a frame assembly. The frame assembly includes a front fabric retainer, a rear fabric retainer, a first end retainer, and a second end retainer. The front fabric, rear fabric, first end, and second end retainers are each affixed to the frame support structure, each end of the rear fabric retainer engages a first quick release housing and a second quick release housing, the first and second quick release housings each include a cap to secure each end of the rear fabric retainer in the first and second quick release housings. The sewing frame includes a first front retainer support member and a second front retainer support member each affixed to the frame support structure and to the front fabric retainer; and a first rear retainer support member and a second rear retainer support member each affixed to the frame support structure and each removably secured to the rear fabric retainer. The sewing frame includes a machine carriage assembly mounted on the frame support structure. The machine carriage assembly provides for lateral and longitudinal movement of the sewing machine.
TABLETOP SEWING FRAME
A sewing frame unit is provided. The sewing frame unit includes a frame support structure and a frame assembly. The frame assembly includes a front fabric retainer, a rear fabric retainer, a first end retainer, and a second end retainer. The front fabric, rear fabric, first end, and second end retainers are each affixed to the frame support structure, each end of the rear fabric retainer engages a first quick release housing and a second quick release housing, the first and second quick release housings each include a cap to secure each end of the rear fabric retainer in the first and second quick release housings. The sewing frame includes a first front retainer support member and a second front retainer support member each affixed to the frame support structure and to the front fabric retainer; and a first rear retainer support member and a second rear retainer support member each affixed to the frame support structure and each removably secured to the rear fabric retainer. The sewing frame includes a machine carriage assembly mounted on the frame support structure. The machine carriage assembly provides for lateral and longitudinal movement of the sewing machine.
EMBROIDERY FRAME AND SEWING MACHINE
An embroidery frame includes a base frame, an opposing frame disposed in a first direction with respect to the base frame, a mounting portion, and a support member. The support member includes a support portion, a first section, a second section, and a third section. The first section includes a first inclined section extending, with respect to the opening, to the first direction and the second direction, and is coupled to the base frame or the mounting portion at a position further in the second direction than the support portion. The second section includes a second inclined section extending, with respect to the support portion, to the first direction and the second direction, and is coupled to the support portion. The third section couples the first section and the second section at a position further in the first direction than the support portion.
EMBROIDERY FRAME AND PRESSER MEMBER
An embroidery frame includes a base frame including a magnetic body, and a presser member configured to press a sewing object toward the base frame. The presser member includes a main body portion and a lever. The main body portion includes an opposing surface facing the base frame and a magnet. The lever includes a support portion, a point of application portion, and an operation portion. The support portion is rotatably supported on the main body portion to rotate around a rotational center. The point of application portion is provided on one end side of the lever with respect to the rotational center. The point of application portion is pivotable from a stand-by position to an application position in accordance with the operation portion being operated to the first side in a state where the presser member is disposed on the base frame.
EMBROIDERY FRAME AND PRESSER MEMBER
An embroidery frame includes a base frame including a magnetic body, and a presser member configured to press a sewing object toward the base frame. The presser member includes a main body portion and a lever. The main body portion includes an opposing surface facing the base frame and a magnet. The lever includes a support portion, a point of application portion, and an operation portion. The support portion is rotatably supported on the main body portion to rotate around a rotational center. The point of application portion is provided on one end side of the lever with respect to the rotational center. The point of application portion is pivotable from a stand-by position to an application position in accordance with the operation portion being operated to the first side in a state where the presser member is disposed on the base frame.
SEWING MACHINE
A sewing machine includes a sewing portion, a movement portion, a processor, and a memory. The memory is configured to store computer-readable instructions that, when executed by the processor, instruct the processor to perform processes. The processes include pattern acquisition processing of acquiring data relating to an embroidery pattern, first position information acquisition processing of acquiring first position information indicating a position of the holder when the holder is in a first position, second position information acquisition processing of acquiring second position information indicating a position of the holder when the holder is in a second position different from the first position, generating processing of generating sewing data for sewing the embroidery pattern re-shaped on the basis of the first position information and the second position information, and sewing control processing of controlling the sewing portion and the movement portion in accordance with the generated sewing data.
SEWING MACHINE
A sewing machine includes a sewing portion, a movement portion, a processor, and a memory. The memory is configured to store computer-readable instructions that, when executed by the processor, instruct the processor to perform processes. The processes include pattern acquisition processing of acquiring data relating to an embroidery pattern, first position information acquisition processing of acquiring first position information indicating a position of the holder when the holder is in a first position, second position information acquisition processing of acquiring second position information indicating a position of the holder when the holder is in a second position different from the first position, generating processing of generating sewing data for sewing the embroidery pattern re-shaped on the basis of the first position information and the second position information, and sewing control processing of controlling the sewing portion and the movement portion in accordance with the generated sewing data.
