Textile clamping device for a sewing machine
Textile machine clamping device includes a first arm comprising a moveable blade that moves inwardly relative to a compression surface and a second arm comprising a moveable blade that moves inwardly relative to a compression surface. Each of the moveable blades defines a resilient portion that compresses against an article of clothing positioned between the respective resilient portion and compression surface of each of the first arm and the second arm. The direction of travel of each of the first arm and the second arm as each of the arms is being translated into a compressed state is towards each other. In operation, the user may engage one portion of clothing between the resilient portion and compression surface of the first arm, pull taut on the article of clothing and then engage a second portion of clothing between the resilient portion and compression surface of the second arm.
FABRIC RETAINING DEVICE WITH SWITCHABLE MAGNET
A device for use with an embroidery machine holds fabric to be embroidered between upper and lower hoops that are secured to one another by at least one switchable magnet. The switchable magnet is provided on one or more of the upper loop or lower hoop. Multiple switchable magnets may be spaced around a perimeter of the upper loop or lower hoop. One of the hoops may include interchangeable arms for attaching the device to various embroidery machines.

A device for use with an embroidery machine holds fabric to be embroidered between upper and lower hoops that are secured to one another by at least one switchable magnet. EMBROIDERY HOOP
An embroidery machine includes an outer ring, an inner ring, a pair of screw mounts, a lever, a nut, and an adjusting screw. The outer ring includes a dividing portion. The inner ring and the outer ring holds a workpiece therebetween. The screw mounts are disposed at the dividing portion to oppose each other. The lever is disposed at one of the screw mounts and rotatable about a rotation axis. The nut is slidably held in the lever at a position eccentric from the rotation axis. The adjusting screw is mounted across the screw mounts and threadedly engaged with the nut. A shortest distance between a first surface of the one of the screw mounts and the nut is defined as a specific distance. The specific distance when the lever is at a second position is longer than the specific distance when the lever is at a first position.
EMBROIDERY HOOP
An embroidery machine includes an outer ring, an inner ring, a pair of screw mounts, a lever, a nut, and an adjusting screw. The outer ring includes a dividing portion. The inner ring and the outer ring holds a workpiece therebetween. The screw mounts are disposed at the dividing portion to oppose each other. The lever is disposed at one of the screw mounts and rotatable about a rotation axis. The nut is slidably held in the lever at a position eccentric from the rotation axis. The adjusting screw is mounted across the screw mounts and threadedly engaged with the nut. A shortest distance between a first surface of the one of the screw mounts and the nut is defined as a specific distance. The specific distance when the lever is at a second position is longer than the specific distance when the lever is at a first position.
EMBROIDERY FRAME
The present invention provides an embroidery frame that includes an inner frame formed like a hoop and an outer frame that has a separation section at which the outer frame is separated so as to form a first end portion and a second end portion that oppose each other. The outer frame is configured to nip an embroidery object, in collaboration with the inner frame, from outside the inner frame. The embroidery frame also includes an opening-closing mechanism configured to adjust a clearance of the separation section. In the embroidery frame, the opening-closing mechanism has a connection shaft that connects the first end portion and the second end portion to each other and also has a manipulation member that is rotatably mounted on the connection shaft with a center of rotation being positioned at the first end portion.

The present invention provides an embroidery frame that includes an inner frame formed like a hoop and an outer frame that has a separation section at which the outer frame is separated so as to form a first end portion and a second end portion that oppose each other. The outer frame is configured to nip an embroidery object, in collaboration with the inner frame, from outside the inner frame. The first position is a position where some of the plurality of magnets faces the gap and a portion of two of the plate members that are adjacent across the gap. The second position is a position where some of the plurality of magnets faces a corresponding one of the plurality of plate members.

An embroidery frame transport device includes a guide portion, a lever, and a locking portion. The guide portion is configured to prescribe a first direction being a movement direction when the embroidery frame is removed and a second direction being a movement direction when the embroidery frame is mounted. The lever is configured to move between a first restriction position that restricts the movement in the first direction of the embroidery frame and a first release position that does not restrict the movement in the first direction of the embroidery frame. The locking portion is configured to move between a second restriction position that restricts the movement in the second direction of the embroidery frame and a second release position that does not restrict the movement in the second direction of the embroidery frame.
