Sewing machine
A sewing machine includes a bed, a projector configured to project an image toward the bed onto at least a guarantee area, a storage medium, and a controller. The controller controls the projector to project the image toward the bed onto a maximum area. The controller determines, based on a position of the image projected onto the maximum area, first world coordinates representing, in a real space coordinate system, a rectangular area contained in the maximum area. The controller determines, based on the first world coordinates, second world coordinates representing, in the real space coordinate system, a target area containing at least the guarantee area. The controller stores the second world coordinates in the storage medium.
Sewing machine
In a sewing machine, an arm includes, on one side thereof in a first direction, a head. A needle bar is disposed at the head to reciprocally move in a second direction. A feed mechanism feeds a workpiece from one side toward the other side of the head in a third direction. The projection unit disposed at the head projects a projection image toward a bed. The projection unit includes an emitter for projecting image light of the projection image. The photographing unit disposed at the head captures a photographing target. The photographing unit includes an incident portion on which light reflected by the photographing target is incident. The emitter and the incident portion are disposed further toward the one side of the arm in the first direction than the needle bar, and further toward the one side of the head in the third direction than the needle bar.
Textile product fabrication and rendering
Preparing textile products by establishing, by a textile product system, data types, valid values for each data type, and valid relationships between the data types encompassing specification of textile products for manufacturing and visualization of the textile products. Receiving, from a user, a first data set comprising values of data types and relationships between the data types associated with at least one of manufacturing of a particular textile product and visualization of the particular textile product. Determining whether the received first data set conforms to the data type, data value, and data relationships valid for at least one of the manufacturing of textile products and the visualization of textile products.
Method of generating an image that shows an embroidery area in an embroidery frame for computerized machine embroidery
A method of generating an image that shows an embroidery area in an embroidery frame for computerized embroidery includes: acquiring a first image of a calibration board that has multiple feature points forming a contour approximating an embroidery area defined by the embroidery frame; identifying the feature points of the calibration board in the first image to acquire multiple graphical feature points; acquiring a geometric curved surface that fits the graphical feature points and that includes multiple curved surface points; acquiring a second image in which the embroidery area of the embroidery frame is shown; and performing image correction on the second image based on the geometric curved surface to generate a corrected image.
Sewing machine
A sewing machine sews a sewing pattern on a work cloth. The sewing machine includes a storage portion configured to store pattern data used for sewing the sewing pattern on the work cloth, and a projector configured to project an image. The sewing machine generates, on the basis of the pattern data, a projection image that includes a pattern object and a peripheral object. The pattern object represents the sewing pattern. The peripheral object is disposed adjacent to an outer edge of the pattern object and surrounds the pattern object. The sewing machine controls the projector and projecting the generated projection image toward a top surface of a bed portion on which the work cloth is placed.
The sewing machine includes a projector and a controller. The controller determines a sewing area inside an embroidery hoop such that the sewing area is greater than a projection area where the projector projects a projection image. The controller determines an embroidery pattern and a position of the embroidery pattern located relative to the sewing area. The controller determines, in the sewing area, a target area corresponding to the projection area. The controller generates projection image data representing a part or a whole, which falls in the target area, of the embroidery patter relative to the sewing area, and controls the projector to project a projection image based on the projection image data after moving the embroidery hoop.
STORAGE MEDIUM STORING DISPLAY PROGRAM, DISPLAY METHOD, AND DISPLAY APPARATUS
A non-transitory computer-readable storage medium stores a display program including a set of program instructions for a display apparatus. The display apparatus includes a camera, a display, and a controller. The set of program instructions, when executed by the controller, causes the display apparatus to perform: acquiring a shot image representing a real space, the shot image being an image shot by the camera; acquiring target information indicating a thread spool of a detection target; detecting a thread spool position on the shot image for the thread spool of the detection target, based on the shot image and the target information; generating a display image based on the shot image, the display image indicating the thread spool position; and displaying the display image on the display.
