Method of Applying and Using Viscous Liquid Rubber Composition
Viscous liquid rubber compositions are applied to articles by brushing, rolling, pouring, or dipping to repair leaks or to modify the appearance and/or physical properties of the article, such as water-permeability, thermal insulation, shock resistance, vibration resistance, electrical insulation, and the like.
METHOD FOR TREATING A TEXTILE MATERIAL WEB AND APPARATUS FOR TREATING A TEXTILE MATERIAL WEB
A method for treating a textile material web for reducing a gas-permeability of the textile material web. The method includes providing the textile material web with a first side having a planar configuration and a second side having a planar configuration, the first side being opposite to the second side, transporting the textile material web in an advancing direction, and reducing the gas permeability of the textile material web. The gas permeability of the textile material web is reduced by applying water to the first side and/or the second side of the textile material web, guiding the textile web material through a first treatment gap which is formed by a first treatment roller and a first counter tool, and in the first treatment gap, pressure treating the textile material web and thermally treating the first side and/or the second side of the textile material web.
WEAVING MACHINE HAVING YARN DYEING FUNCTION
A weaving machine includes a yarn winding mechanism for winding and unwinding undyed yarns, and a yarn coloring mechanism including a hot roller, inner and outer layer color paper tape winding devices for winding and unwinding inner and outer layer color paper tapes, respectively, and a packing paper winding device for winding and unwinding a packing paper. The inner and outer layer color paper tapes are configured to clamp therebetween the undyed yarns. A squeezing device includes a closed loop belt movably pressing the packing paper against the hot roller such that inks of the inner and outer layer color paper tapes are transferred to the undyed yarns. A back-end system is configured to weave or wind the dyed yarns.

APPLICATOR APPARATUS FOR DYEING AND FINISHING
The present invention relates to an applicator apparatus for dyeing and finishing in which diagonal application grooves are formed in a longitudinal direction in an outer circumferential surface of a roller used to apply a chemical and reverse diagonal application grooves are formed to intersect the formed diagonal application grooves to allow the chemical to be evenly discharged to an outer circumferential surface of a pickup roller so that fabric dyeing efficiency is increased. The applicator apparatus for dyeing and finishing includes a storage tank (100) in which a chemical is accommodated, a guide roller (200) configured to guide a fabric (f) to be conveyed, a first pickup roller (300) which is installed at an upper portion of one side of the storage tank (100) and has an outer circumferential surface coming in contact with a surface of the fabric (f) being conveyed along the guide roller (200) and a lower portion dipped in the chemical accommodated in the storage tank (100) so that the chemical is attached to the outer circumferential surface and conveyed due to forward rotation of the first pickup roller (300), and an application roller (400) which is installed at an upper side of the first pickup roller (300), rotates in a reverse direction, and has diagonal application grooves (410) formed along an outer circumferential surface and reverse diagonal application grooves (420) formed to intersect the formed diagonal application grooves (410) so that the chemical conveyed along the first pickup roller (300) enters and passes through the formed diagonal application grooves (410) and reverse diagonal application grooves (420) and is guided to be evenly discharged to the outer circumferential surface of the first pickup roller (300) and applied to the fabric (f).
Dispersible wet wipes constructed with patterned binder
A dispersible wet wipe includes a layer of cellulosic fibers. In one embodiment, a first binder is applied in a coating comprising randomly distributed deposits of the binder. A second binder is applied in an intermittent pattern on the surface to define first regions on the surface that include first binder but no second binder and to define second regions on the surface that include both first binder and second binder. The first and second binders can have the same chemical composition. In a second embodiment, a first binder is applied to a web surface in a first pattern, and, after applying the first binder, a second binder is applied to the web surface in a second pattern that is different than the first pattern. In a third embodiment, a binder is applied to a web surface in a pattern, the pattern having first regions and second regions, wherein the add-on level of the binder in the first regions is lower than the add-on level of the binder in the second regions.

System and method for perforating paint-roller cover fabric
In an embodiment, a paint roller manufacturing system and method uses a fabric-coating applicator to apply a fabric adhesive onto a portion of a perforated paint roller cover fabric material having a plurality of perforations through which adhesive may flow, and into the plurality of perforations and into interstitial spaces of the fabric material, to yield a length of coated fabric. An inner strip and an outer strip are wound about a mandrel in offset relation. A strip-coating applicator is used to apply a strip adhesive to the outer strip as it is wound about the mandrel. Simultaneously with the step of applying the strip adhesive to the outer strip, a portion of the coated paint roller fabric material is received at the outer strip and the length of coated fabric is wound about at least the outer strip to form a paint roller tube.
