A hip exosuit comprises a hip belt comprising one or more removably attached hip anchoring mechanisms, a leg brace, one or more flexion actuators, wherein each of the one or more flexion actuators is attached at a first end to a hip anchoring mechanism and each of the one or more flexion actuators is attached at a second end to the leg brace, and one or more extension actuators, wherein each of the one or more extension actuators is attached at a first end to a hip anchoring mechanism and is attached at a second end to the leg brace. Each of the actuators are configured to contract in response to one or more signal to aid in the gait of the user.
SUCTION DEVICES FOR PROVIDING SEXUAL PLEASURE
Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a suction device. The suction device includes a hollow body, an accumulator assembly and a drive mechanism. The accumulator assembly includes a first support structure and a second support structure, a plurality of connecting members and a flexible element. Each of the plurality of connecting members is mounted to the first and second support structures along circumference portions of the first and second support structures. The flexible element is disposed in a space defined by the first and second support structures and the plurality of connecting members. Further, the drive mechanism is configured to operate the flexible element to a compressed state and a retracted state by driving the second support structure between a first position and a second position relative to the first support structure, respectively.
A DEVICE FOR ASSISTING WITH EXTENSION AND/OR FLEXION
A device is provided for manipulating an arm of a user, thereby providing extension or flexion assistance to the arm about an elbow. The device has an arm engagement system, having an upper arm member with an upper arm frame having a pivot end and a distal end, a posterior elbow pad, a forearm member with a forearm frame having a pivot end and a distal end and a distal wrist pad, and a pivoting connection operatively coupled with the pivot end of the upper arm frame and the pivot end of the forearm frame. A force application system having a force applicator is connected between the distal end and the pivot end of the forearm frame. A force application mechanism is connected at or near the distal end of the upper arm frame.
Mobile cold therapy device
A mobile, self-contained cold therapy device having a container including an internal liquid or ice water tank, air and water pumps for driving air and water to a cold therapy pad with internal air and water bladders, wherein the pad is worn on an injured region of a user. The device includes an electronic controller for controlling air and water flow to and from the bladders, and a holder for supporting the container and worn on the user's body for portable, hands-free mobility while receiving cold therapy. Nipples are incorporated into a thermal conduction surface of the pad and reciprocated into the user's injured region by an air bladder to further reduce edema.
FINGER JOINT REHABILITATION TRAINING DEVICE
The present disclosure provides a finger joint rehabilitation training device, which includes a control member, a data acquisition member, a gas circuit system, and a wearable training member. The wearable training member is provided with a pneumatic component that can expand and contract. The data acquisition member is configured for acquiring hand motion information of a first hand and transmitting the hand motion information to the control member. The hand motion information includes hand pressing information. The control member controls the gas circuit system to inflate the pneumatic component or to draw air from the pneumatic component according to the hand motion information, to make the wearable training member change between a flexion condition and a stretching condition, so as to realize a hand mirror training of a second hand. The hand pressing information is simple and convenient to acquire, which is convenient for the first hand to realize the flexion condition and the stretching condition, and the condition of the second hand is adjusted through the condition of the first hand, so that the wearable training member can be better adjusted, different hand training intensity requirements are met, and a better training effect is achieved.
ROBOTIC BRACE AND METHODS OF MANUFACTURE THEREOF
Disclosed herein is a brace for regeneration of tissue in a knee comprising a sleeve and a first strut; where the first strut comprises an upper portion comprising a first jig; where the first jig comprises a slot for hosting a first strap that is in contact with the sleeve; a central portion that comprises a central strut that is in fluid communication with an actuator located on a first side of the knee that imposes a force on the knee; where the force is inclined at an angle to a longitudinal axis of the first strut; and a lower portion that comprises a second jig; where the second jig comprises a slot for hosting a second strap that contacts the sleeve at an opposite end relative to a position that the first strap contacts the sleeve.
DYNAMIC REACTIVE SYSTEM AND METHOD TO SUPPORT AND CHANGE SITTING POSTURES
There is provided a dynamic and proactive system for supporting sitting while detecting and changing sitting postures of a user and method of operation thereof. The system including a frame, a plurality of supports, each configured to support a different body part, and a plurality of joints each configured to move independently of or together with any other of the joints, each of the supports is connected to the frame via a corresponding joint, at least one of the joints is a two dimensional joint which enables a change in angle between the frame and a corresponding support. Each one of the plurality of supports is configured to move with respect to the frame or to another support, thereby enabling any changes in sitting postures of the user. The system comprises sensors, which based on their readings, the system detects user postures and suggests or creates posture changes.
SUCTION ASSEMBLY
A suction assembly is described. The suction assembly includes a therapy unit with a body that can apply a supplemental therapy to a skin surface. The suction assembly also includes a cup that can be removably connected to the therapy unit and that can interface with a skin surface to define a chamber within the cup. A pump of the therapy unit can reduce a pressure within the chamber to draw the skin surface into the chamber in a cupping therapy. In response to the skin surface being drawn into the chamber, the body can move in a longitudinal direction to maintain contact with the skin surface. A wall of the cup is translucent and the suction assembly is dimensioned to provide a user with a view into the chamber through the wall of the cup that is substantially unobstructed by the housing.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR TREATING LIPS AND SKIN
Methods and devices for treating a targeted tissue including a skin or a lip and more particularly methods and devices that enhances absorption of treatment media into tissue for cosmetic and therapeutic purposes.
METHODS AND DEVICES FOR TISSUE TREATMENT USING MECHANICAL STIMULATION AND ELECTROMAGNETIC FIELD
Devices and methods for tissue treatment produce a mechanical stimulation therapy and electromagnetic field therapy. The mechanical stimulation therapy provides stimulation of blood circulation and stimulates treated cells. The electromagnetic field enables thermal treatment of tissue.
