Multipurpose machine and methods for dyeing fabrics and warp yarns
A dyeing machine comprising at least one dyeing module in which a first squeezing device for a textile support, a first treatment tank, a central tank, a second treatment tank and a second squeezing device are located in sequence is described. The dyeing machine also includes a hydraulic system for feeding, circulating and alternately adjusting the levels of process fluids in the tanks. The tanks are preferably enclosed in a hermetically sealed upper covering shell. The two treatment tanks have the same shape, the same dimension and capacity characteristics, and are symmetrical with respect to a plane of symmetry lying in the central tank and arranged perpendicularly with respect to the direction of advance of the textile support. The dyeing machine is provided with means for moving the textile support, configured to advance the textile support alternately in both directions, i.e. either from the first squeezing device to the second squeezing device, sequentially through the tanks, or from the second squeezing device to the first squeezing device, again sequentially through the tanks.
Apparatus for automated production of a roll of waxed fabric
An apparatus for producing a roll of waxed fabric is provided, the apparatus comprising: a frame; a temperature controlled bath at an entrance end of the frame; a squeegee pressed against an exit side of the temperature controlled bath; a cooling tower adjacent the temperature controlled bath, the cooling tower including walls and a manifold to define a cooling zone, the manifold for delivering a flow of air to the cooling zone, a tower roller rotatably mounted above the cooling zone and a lower roller rotatably mounted proximate an exit side of the cooling tower; a blower for delivering air to the manifold; a collection roller rotatably mounted adjacent the alignment roller; a driver roller in rolling engagement with the collection roller; and a motor in mechanical communication with the driver motor for driving the driver motor. A method of producing a roll of waxed fabric is also provided.
Polyols, polyurethane dispersions, and uses thereof
Provided herein are surface treating compositions for imparting beneficial surface properties to substrates. The compositions can be prepared by reacting a bio-based polyol with an isocyanate and an ionogenic molecule. The compositions can be used to treat a variety of substrates to provide enhanced properties to a surface of the substrate. Also provided are methods for the chemical modification of triglycerides and fatty acids and use thereof in creating beneficial surface treating compositions.

Woven fabric having the aspect of a scuba fabric, and method for producing the same
A woven fabric that has the appearance of a neoprene fabric is obtained with a double face fabric in which the warp yarns passes at least three weft yarns on each side of the fabric.
Cloth Washing Device
A cloth washing device contains: a washing machine and a fiber opener. The washing machine includes multiple transmission rollers arranged on water and multiple bearings fixed in the water. The fiber opener includes multiple transmission rollers arranged on the water, multiple bearings fixed in the water, and at least two mesh wheels arranged in the water. The fiber opener is mounted behind the washing machine, and a cloth is delivered between the washing machine and the fiber opener by way of the multiple transmission rollers and the multiple bearings of the washing machine and the fiber opener and the least two mesh wheels.
CONTINUOUS DYEING PLANT FOR WARP THREADS COMPRISING AN OXIDATION APPARATUS HAVING VARIABLE AND RECOVERABLE CAPACITY
A continuous dyeing plant for a warp thread including a plurality of dyeing/squeezing groups arranged in line, each of which is provided with a respective impregnation or dyeing tank in which the warp thread is immersed, and an oxidation apparatus that has a plurality of upper and lower return rollers, configured to arrange the warp thread on a plurality of vertical planes parallel to each other, and a support frame having at least one upper strut and at least one lower strut, where a plurality of upper return rollers are mounted on the upper struts, such that at least one part of the lower return rollers is rotatably mounted on at least one respective support device that is movable in the vertical direction between a first operating position, in which the movable support device is placed close to the lower struts to keep the lower return rollers at a maximum predefined distance from the corresponding upper return rollers, and a second operating position, in which the movable support device is placed close to the upper struts to keep the lower return rollers at a minimum predefined distance from the corresponding upper return rollers.
Digital printing and finishing method for fabrics and the like
A method of digital printing and finishing for fabrics is provided. The method includes a step of unwinding a fabric from a first reel. A step of compensating the speeds and of spreading the fabric for its positioning on a conveyor belt provided with supporting elements on which a digital printing step occurs is provided. A step of drying the fabric is provided. A step of winding the fabric onto a second reel is provided. These steps are being executed at corresponding stations arranged in sequence with respect to each other and the fabric passing through them continuously, transversely to the conveyor belt, there being a plurality of bars provided with printing heads which are controlled electronically and synchronized with the movement of the conveyor belt.
