APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR APPLYING HYDROXYAPATITE TO NONWOVEN FABRIC
According to an embodiment, an apparatus for applying hydroxyapatite to a nonwoven fabric includes a tank, a shower head, an ultrasonic wave generator, and a drying section. The tank stores suspension containing hydroxyapatite. The shower head jets the suspension against the nonwoven fabric in the suspension in the tank. The ultrasonic wave generator emits ultrasonic waves against the nonwoven fabric. The drying section dries the nonwoven fabric in a wet state removed from the suspension in the tank.
APPARATUS AND METHOD RELATING TO TEXTILE DYEING
A method for improving the colourfastness of a dyed textile is provided. The method comprises the steps of: conveying the dyed textile along an automated processing line and into a first chamber having a first controllable environment; temporarily storing the dyed textile in the first chamber for a first time period; conveying the dyed textile into a second chamber having a second controllable environment; and temporarily storing the dyed textile in the second chamber for a second time period.
Equipment and processes for the application of atomized fluid to a web substrate
An apparatus for the application of atomized fluid to a web material having a first surface and a second surface opposed thereto is disclosed. The apparatus is provided with a fluid source disposed adjacent to the first surface of the web material and a receipt plenum disposed adjacent to the second surface of the web material. The receipt plenum provides a source of negative pressure to the second surface of the web material. A fluid disposed from the fluid source contacts the first surface of the web material and is caused to traverse therethrough by the source of negative pressure. A portion of the fluid contacting the first surface of the web material is contained by the receipt plenum.
TANK FOR WASHING A WARP THREAD
The invention relates to a tank for washing a warp thread, provided with a device for intensifying the washing effect set in rotation inside the tank. Each device includes a body having cylindrical geometry, having circular cross section, which has comprises a plurality of longitudinal bars arranged along the cylindrical side surface of the device. Between each pair of adjacent bars a longitudinal slit is defined. The body also has a pair of end elements extending radially, forming the opposite bases of the body and configured to support and enclose the bars. The body also has a pair of opposite rotation pins, obtained on the respective outer surfaces of the end elements and that extend along an axial direction and parallel to the direction of extension of the bars. The body also has a tangential turbodynamic flow generator, arranged inside the body and configured to intensify the interchange between the washing liquid and the warp thread through the longitudinal slits during the rotation of the device.
Penetration system for fabric and method for manufacturing fabric using same
A permeation system for permeating a wetting agent into fabric includes a fabric supply part; a permeation part provided with a permeation device and a height adjustment device; a drying part; and a collecting part for winding the fabric, which has passed through the drying part, around a collecting roll, thereby obtaining functional fabric of uniform quality and increasing productivity of the fabric into which the wetting agent is permeated. A method for manufacturing fabric includes adjusting the height of the permeation paddle contacting the fabric; supplying the fabric; supplying a wetting agent to be permeated into the fabric; rotating the permeation roller and the permeation paddle to permeate the wetting agent into the fabric; drying the fabric into which the wetting agent is permeated; and collecting the fabric.
Enzymatic Treatment of Cellulosic Textile
A process for treatment of cellulosic material, for example, knitted or woven cotton fabric or yarn, comprises treating cellulosic material with a pectinase and a surfactant.
OZONE PROCESS FOR COLOR REMOVAL
Embodiments relate generally to methods and systems for bleaching textiles using ozone gas that incorporates a color removal step. In one example, there is provided a hybrid machine that incorporates certain features of a washer, but that also includes an integrated blower for gas distribution inside the machine. There is also provided an ozone dosing control system that allows for maintenance of a constant concentration of ozone in the machine. In one embodiment, the ozone output measured in grams/hour at this constant concentration in conjunction with the weight of product measured being treated may be referred to as the bleaching factor. There is further provided a wastewater dye removal step, in which ozone is used to clean the water and remove dyes and other colors that may be deposited via denim or other garments.
DEVICE AND METHOD FOR TREATING TEXTILES OR LEATHER
Device for use in the treatment of textiles or leather with liquid, comprising a container having an inner wall with through-holes and surrounded by a spaced outer wall, with lids covering the terminal cross-sectional openings of the container, with a drive which drives the container along a trajectory curve to a reciprocating movement with a maximum acceleration of at least 20 m/s.sup.2.
Method for processing all-polyester fiber cotton-like fabric with sunlight resistance
The present disclosure provides a method for processing an all-polyester fiber cotton-like fabric with sunlight resistance. The method includes: 1) weaving a PTT/PET bicomponent composite stretch yarn into a fabric; 2) dyeing processing the fabric; and 3) finalizing and finishing, wherein the finalizing and finishing comprises: a) preparing a finishing liquor obtained by mixing a crosslinking agent and an emulsion of benzophenone-containing polyorganosiloxane; b) padding the fabric; and c) drying and finalizing at a high temperature.
