PRETREATMENT DEVICE
A guide guides a movement of a platen from a set position P1 at which a recording medium is set on the platen to a press position P3 at which a heat press portion performs heat press operation on the recording medium. A distance from the set position P1 to the press position P3 is longer than a distance from the set position P1 to an application position P2 at which an application portion applies a pretreatment agent onto the recording medium set on the platen.
Digital printing and finishing method for fabrics and the like
A method of digital printing and finishing for fabrics is provided. The method includes a step of unwinding a fabric from a first reel. A step of compensating the speeds and of spreading the fabric for its positioning on a conveyor belt provided with supporting elements on which a digital printing step occurs is provided. A step of drying the fabric is provided. A step of winding the fabric onto a second reel is provided. These steps are being executed at corresponding stations arranged in sequence with respect to each other and the fabric passing through them continuously, transversely to the conveyor belt, there being a plurality of bars provided with printing heads which are controlled electronically and synchronized with the movement of the conveyor belt.
Device and method for pretreating and printing textile surfaces
The invention relates to an apparatus and a method for pretreating and printing textile surfaces. For this purpose, at least one pallet (22) for accommodating and retaining a textile article (20) to be printed on a printing face, a pretreatment device (40) which allows the textile article to be pretreated, prior to it being printed, by applying a pretreatment fluid to the textile article in a pretreatment area, a printing device (60) comprising at least one printhead (61) that allows a printed image to be printed onto the textile article in the pretreatment area, a moving device (23) which allows the at least one pallet to he displaced relative to the pretreatment device and the printing device, and a programmable control device (31) which allows the printing device, the pretreatment device and/or the moving device to be controlled, are provided. An identification device (30) which can identify the textile article and is connected to the programmable control device is provided in front of the pretreatment device, and depending on the identified textile article, the pretreatment area can be applied individually to a subarea of the printing dace of the textile article.
Electronic textiles and methods for fabrication thereof
Electronic textiles and methods of fabrication electronic textiles. Nanoparticles of a conductive material are sprayed along a conductive path into a fabric material so as to penetrate into the fabric. A layer of a second conductor material is coated over the nanoparticles along the conductive path. A layer of an insulator material is coated over the layer of the second conductor material so as to encapsulate the conductive path and form a trace. An electrode configured to contact a subject wearing the fabric material includes a layer of a third conductor material coated over the layer of the second conductor and electrically coupled with the conductive path. An electrical connector is secured to the fabric material and electrically coupled with the conductive path. The nanoparticles are sprayed onto the fabric material using a dual regime spray process implemented with a dual regime spray system.
Systems and methods for producing textiles
Systems and methods for producing printed goods from textile material to address shortcoming of existing approaches for article production. According to the systems and methods described herein, the harvested and woven cotton may be shipped directly to garment decorators who may perform all remaining steps to provide customers with finished goods. As such, the systems and methods herein may eliminate the steps of the blank goods trade and current manufacturing processes.
APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR PRETREATING AND PRINTING TEXTILE SURFACES
The invention relates to an apparatus and a method for pretreating and printing textile surfaces. An identification device (30) which can identify the textile article and is connected to the programmable control device is provided in front of the pretreatment device, and depending on the identified textile article, the pretreatment area can be applied individually to a subarea of the printing dace of the textile article.
PROCESS TO REGENERATE WOVEN AND KNIT FABRIC AND PRODUCT THEREFROM
The present invention provides multiple processes of making fabric composites using fabric and/or fiber waste, or virgin fabric or fiber as starting material and via a needle punching process. The fabric and/or fiber waste, or virgin fabric or fiber, are regenerated to form fabric composites for reuse.
Apparatus for controlled application of liquid streams to a substrate with diverted liquid collection system
An improved system for application of liquid streams to a substrate. The system incorporates open face flow channels for carrying the liquid away from fully enclosed flow segments prior to discharge along an unconstrained flow path. The present invention further provides an improved, self-aligning modular assembly for delivery of impingement jet to the liquid streams for diverting the direction of the liquid streams. The present invention further provides an improved arrangement for collection of the deflected liquid in response to application of the impingement jet without excess residue build-up.
TEXTILE PRINTING METHOD, DYEING APPARATUS, TEXTILE PRINTING INK, AND TREATMENT INK
Provided is a textile printing method that may effectively suppress the risk of ink smearing and that may allow a cured water-soluble, UV-curable resin to be adequately stripped off a fabric so as to dye the fabric in high quality color. A textile printing method includes a pretreatment step of discharging a treatment ink from an inkjet head for treatment toward a fabric to apply the treatment ink to the fabric; a dyeing step of discharging a textile printing ink from an inkjet head for textile printing toward the fabric to apply the textile printing ink to the fabric. In the dyeing step and the pretreatment step, the textile printing ink and the treatment ink are irradiated with ultraviolet light after a respective one of the inks is applied to the fabric.
