Guided allocation in an apparel management system
A system allows a user to create new designs for apparel and preview these designs before manufacture. Software and lasers are used in finishing apparel to produce a desired wear pattern or other design. The system guides how the user is allocating apparel items in the system, including feedback on what the user may like to change.
LASER FINISHING METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR PROVIDING A FINISHING PATTERN ON A WORKPIECE
The present application relates to a method of providing a finishing pattern on a workpiece (2) by a laser apparatus (1) comprising at least one laser source (10), preferably a pulsed laser source, generating an output laser beam (11), moving means (12) for said laser beam and a control unit (101) for controlling said laser source (10) and said moving means (12). The method comprises the step of providing command instructions for operating said laser apparatus (1) for scribing a predetermined finishing pattern on a workpiece (2), and the step of operating said laser source (10) and said moving means (12) for generating said output laser beam (11) for scribing lines of the predetermined finishing pattern on said workpiece (2) according to said command instructions. The step of operating the laser source comprises at least one operating mode (C) wherein the energy per unit surface delivered by said laser beam (11) is variable, preferably within a single scan line, by changing the scanning speed (V) of the laser beam (11), and the output power (P) of the laser source and/or the duty cycle (DC) are maintained at a constant value.
Replacing Imagery of Garments in an Existing Apparel Collection with Laser-Finished Garments
A system allows a user to create new designs for apparel and preview these designs before manufacture. Software and lasers are used in finishing apparel to produce a desired wear pattern or other design. The system swaps garments in a digital asset to garments that are designed using the system.
Virtual Reality Store with Previews of Laser-Finished Garments
A system allows a user to create new designs for apparel and preview these designs before manufacture. Software and lasers are used in finishing apparel to produce a desired wear pattern or other design. The system provides feedback to the user on how their designs may appear in a virtual store or storefront, such as through virtual reality or augment reality techniques.
Apparel Collection Management with Image Preview
A system allows a user to create new designs for apparel and preview these designs before manufacture. Software and lasers are used in finishing apparel to produce a desired wear pattern or other design. Users may collaborate while designing the apparel and designate what items should belong in specific collections.
Creating a Finishing Pattern on a Garment by Laser
Software and lasers are used in finishing apparel to produce a desired wear pattern or other design. A technique includes determining a fabric's response to a laser, capturing an initial image of a wear pattern on a garment, and processing the initial image to obtain a working image in grayscale. The working image is further processed to obtain a difference image by comparing each pixel relative to a dark reference. The difference image is converted to a laser values image by using the previously determined fabric response to the laser.
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR CHARACTERIZATION OF PATTERNS MARKED ON A FABRIC
A system and method for characterization of patterns marked on a fabric. The system includes a light source generating a light beam to impinge on a fabric; an optical arrangement including a parabolic mirror with a hole and an optical device, directing said light beam towards the fabric; a wavelength division unit; a light detection unit; and a computing device. The optical device changes and orients the direction of the light beam towards the fabric providing a scan of an area of the fabric, line-by-line, and redirects scattered light towards the light detection unit. The wavelength division unit separates the scattered light into spectral bands or colors and the computing device characterizes a pattern marked on the fabric by executing an algorithm that analyzes electrical voltage signals and that computes a quality measure of said marked pattern.
Design Tool with Damage Assets for Laser
A tool allows a user to create new designs for apparel and preview these designs before manufacture. Software and lasers are used in finishing apparel to produce a desired wear pattern or other design. Based on a laser input file with a pattern, a laser will burn the pattern onto apparel. With the tool, the user will be able to create, make changes, and view images of a design, in real time, before burning by a laser. Input to the tool includes fabric template images, laser input files, and damage input. The tool allows adding of tinting and adjusting of intensity and bright point. The user can also move, rotate, scale, and warp the image input.
HUMIDIFICATION AND PROCESS MACHINE MAKING MECHANICAL AND / OR CHEMICAL PROCESS APPLICATIONS FOR TEXTILE AND DENIM PRODUCTS
Disclosed is a new humidification and processing machine which provides a balanced and homogeneous moistening of textile and denim products, and to provides better results for the processes and chemical processes to be applied after humidity.
TREATMENT OF TEXTILE MATERIAL
The present invention generally relates to a method for changing the color of a textile material to obtain a vintage and/or worn appearance comprising the steps of contacting said fabric textile material with a nitrate salt, activating the nitrate salt by the addition of an acid catalyst until the desired color change is achieved.
