A unit for thermosetting printed fabrics, comprising: a heated roller rotating about a rotation axis and having a cylindrical outer surface, at least one fabric guiding element having an inner wall facing the cylindrical outer surface of the heated roller and defining a gap with the cylindrical outer surface of the heated roller, for passing the fabric wherein said fabric guiding element is carried by an adjusting device rotatable about said rotation axis to adjust the angular position of said guiding element about said rotation axis.
DYE SUBLIMATION CALENDER
A fixation/transfer device for control of dye waste in a dye sublimation process. The device comprises a textile inlet, a textile outlet, a heat press or calender, an endless belt for driving the textile from the textile inlet to the textile outlet through the heat press, the heat press being held at a temperature sufficient to cause sublimation of the printing dye, and a cleaning station for cleaning the endless belt, the cleaning station being located downstream of the textile outlet and upstream of the textile outlet. The feed belt may be heated at the cleaning station so that sublimation may assist cleaning.
Method for treating textile material and corresponding treatment apparatus
A method for treating textile material (13) to attach dyes, such as synthetic or natural dyes, or to apply bleaches to said textile material (13). The method provides a first step of pre-impregnation of the textile material (13) with an impregnation liquid and a second step of heating the impregnation liquid and the possible dyes or bleaches, through contact of said textile material (13) with at least one heated drum (20), and subsequent vaporization of said impregnation liquid, said textile material (13) being selectively movable on said heated drum (20), subjected to an adjustable pressure higher than atmospheric pressure, a strip (18) being present and exerting on said textile material (13) an adjustable pressure against the heated drum (20).

A discharge printing device includes an application unit configured to apply a reducing agent to fabric and a contact heating unit configured to subject a reducing agent-applied area to contact heating and satisfies any of the conditions (a1)-(c1) and (d1)-(e1): the conditions (a1)-(c1): in the contact heating, a heating temperature is 100 C. or more, and a heating time is 60 seconds or more; the conditions (d1)-(e1): the contact heating unit subjects the reducing agent-applied area to contact heating to accelerate a reduction reaction and subjects, after the acceleration of the reduction reaction, the reducing agent-applied area to contact heating to accelerate an oxidation reaction, or the discharge printing device further comprises a non-contact heating unit, and the non-contact heating unit subjects, after the acceleration of the reduction reaction, the reducing agent-applied area to non-contact heating to accelerate an oxidation reaction.
