A washing machine is disclosed. The present washing machine comprises: a motor for driving a spin-dry tub such that a maximum rotational speed of the spin-dry tub has a preset value during spin-drying; and a processor for acquiring dry clothes weight and wet clothes weight of laundry put into the spin-dry tub, determining whether the washing machine is overloaded in the spin-drying on the basis of the acquired dry clothes weight and wet clothes weight, and controlling driving of the motor such that the maximum rotational speed of the motor is a value less than the preset value during the spin-drying, if the washing machine is determined to be overloaded.

METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR CLEANING LAUNDRY

A method for controlling a laundry washing machine. The method includes: performing a tub loading process comprising operating supply valve(s) to provide a first volume of water through a detergent supply system and into a tub to fill the tub with wash liquid; performing a washing process comprising rotating a drum to agitate laundry in in the presence of the wash liquid; performing a static rinsing process comprising operating a pump to remove any free volume of wash liquid from the tub without rotating the drum; and performing one or more rinsing processes comprising: operating the supply valve(s) to provide a volume of clean rinse water to the tub, operating the pump to remove the rinse water from the drum, and operating the motor to spin the drum at high speed to extract rinse water from the laundry, while continuing to operate the pump.

Method and apparatus for cleaning laundry

A laundry washing machine having: a casing, a washing tub located within the casing, a drum mounted within the washing tub and configured to rotate relative to the casing, a door attached to the casing and being openable to provide access to the drum, an additive loading and supply system configured to receive loose detergent, one or more valves configured to selectively provide water to the additive loading and supply system, a tub supply pipe fluidly connecting the additive loading and supply system to the drum, a receptacle configured to receive a unit dose package comprising a water soluble pouch containing a dose of cleaning product, and means for breaking the unit dose package outside the additive loading and supply system.

Washing machine

Disclosed herein is a washing machine capable of suppressing noise during spin-drying caused by a pressure difference in a tub. The washing machine may include a case comprising a laundry loading/unloading opening through which laundry is introduced, a door mounted at the case to open or close the laundry loading/unloading opening, a tub disposed inside the case, a drum rotatably disposed inside the tub, and an air inflow channel configured to guide air to flow toward a central portion of the drum in which a pressure decreases while the drum rotates.

CONTROL METHOD OF CONTROLLING WASHING MACHINE, CONTROL DEVICE, AND NON-TRANSITORY RECORDING MEDIUM IN WHICH PROGRAM FOR CONTROLLING WASHING MACHINE IS RECORDED

Present application discloses control method of controlling operation mode of washing machine by communication with washing machine. Control method includes obtaining vibration information indicative of vibration of washing tub of washing machine operating in predetermined first operation mode as operation mode; extracting predetermined feature amount having correlation with strength of floor on which washing machine is placed from vibration information; estimating strength of floor from extracted feature amount; determining whether or not operation mode needs to be changed from first operation mode based on estimated strength; and when determination is made that operation mode needs to be changed from first operation mode, outputting, to washing machine, instruction to change operation mode from first operation mode to second operation mode different from first operation mode.

WASHING MACHINE AND METHOD FOR CONTROLLING THE SAME

A method of controlling a washing machine includes starting driving of a motor for rotating a drum and increasing a rotation speed of the motor to a first rotation speed, increasing the rotation speed of the motor from the first rotation speed to a second rotation speed, after the rotation speed of the motor have increased to the first rotation speed, and determining whether bubbles have been generated in the drum while the rotation speed of the motor increases to the second rotation speed. A difference between the second rotation speed and the first rotation speed is greater than the first rotation speed.

METHOD FOR CONTROLLING SPIN-DRYING OPERATION OF WASHING APPARATUS
20190264373 · 2019-08-29 · ·

A method for controlling a spin-drying operation of a washing apparatus includes a laundry dispersing step of dispersing the laundry inside a drum by accelerating the drum, a spin-drying step including detecting the eccentricity of the drum, and performing spin-drying by rotating the drum to a spin-drying RPM. The laundry dispersing step is re-executed when the eccentricity exceeds a reference eccentricity, and in the spin-drying step, a rotation time during which the drum rotates at the spin-drying RPM is adjusted according to a spin-drying degree. The spin-drying degree is measured after a point in time at which the eccentricity exceeds the reference eccentricity.

Washing machine and method of controlling the same

A washing machine of the present disclosure includes a rotating tub configured to receive laundry, a motor configured to apply a driving force to the rotating tub, a detector configured to detect electrical signal of the motor; a controller configured to receive the electrical signal detected by the detector for a predetermined time when the speed of the motor during a dehydration stroke is a predetermined speed, obtain an average value of the electrical signal received during the predetermined time, check a ripple value in the received electrical signal, obtain an eccentric value corresponding to the obtained average value and the ripple value, and control an operation of the motor to stop or maintain the dehydration stroke based on the obtained eccentric value and a driver configured to drive the motor in respond to a control command of the controller.
