The apparatus further comprises a first body comprising a first body hub and a first body arm, a second body comprising a second body hub and a second body arm, and a connecting portion connecting the first body to the second body in a manner that forms a path between the first body and the second body to allow water to pass therethrough. A rotary shaft of the drum is fixed to the tub.
