A washing machine comprises a main body and a weight mass base; a tub provided within the main body; a rotatable drum mounted in the tub; a motor to rotate the drum; and a weight mass base located at the bottom of the main body of a washing machine; wires, belts, straps or nets and the like wrapping around the tub and connecting tightly in tension to the clips of the frame in the main body to increase the main body's weight including the tub with laundry and water and the weight of the motor additionally and transfer the added weight to the weight mass base disposed at the bottom of the washing machine so as the total weight force becomes greater than the dynamic force generating vibration of the washing machine and suppresses the vibration of the tub and the drum more efficiently.

LAUNDRY WASHING MACHINE

A laundry washing machine having an outer casing, a washing tub, a rotatable drum and at least one balancing ring rigidly secured to the rotatable drum. The at least one balancing ring includes a substantially toroidal, annular housing that is rigidly secured to the drum, and has a tubular structure so as to delimit a closed annular inner cavity. A number of balancing masses are accommodated in movable manner inside the annular inner cavity, preferably together with a damping liquid. The annular housing has a substantially frustoconical outer wall segment that is inclined by an angle () lower than 90 with respect to the midplane (P) of the annular housing, and a peripheral supporting structure that juts out outwardly from the substantially frustoconical outer wall segment to stably abut against the body of the drum.

Washing machine

A washing machine includes a machine housing, a water accommodation tub disposed in the machine housing; a washing tub assembly disposed in the water accommodation tub and including a washing tub; and a balance ring mounted to an upper end of the washing tub and having a lower end fitted in the washing tub.

A laundry treating apparatus includes a cabinet, a tub, a drum rotatably disposed inside the tub, an elastic member to connect, to the cabinet, a portion of the tub body above a horizontal line passing through a rotation center of the drum; first and second dampers to connect, to the cabinet, a portion of the tub body located below the horizontal line; and a third damper to connect, to the cabinet, a portion of the tub body located below the horizontal line. A first location is defined as one of left and right portions in the tub body relative to a vertical line passing through the rotation center of the drum, while a second location is defined as the other portion. The first damper and second damper are disposed at the first location. The third damper is disposed at the second location.

Laundry treating appliance with liquid dam

A laundry treating appliance is configured to treat laundry according to a cycle of operation. The laundry treating appliance comprises a chassis that defines an interior and has a front and rear with an access opening located in the front. A tub statically mounted to the chassis and defines a liquid chamber located within the interior and has at least one suspension opening. An exoskeleton is located within the liquid chamber and has a front support, a rear support, and stringers extending longitudinally to form a skeletal frame defining a frame interior. A rotatable drum is located within the frame interior. A suspension system is located within the interior and has at least one suspension component extending into the liquid chamber through the suspension opening and is operably coupled to the exoskeleton. A liquid dam retards liquid flow from the liquid chamber to the interior through the suspension opening.
