Drum washing machine

A drum washing machine comprises an inner drum rotatable. Both ends of the inner drum are closed and rotatably mounted on a supporting device through rotating shafts, respectively. A side wall of the inner drum is provided with an input port for taking and putting items. A sealing inner cover capable of being opened/closed is mounted at the input port. A water flow passage for feeding water and/or draining water is arranged in at least one of the rotating shafts at both ends of the inner drum. The whole inner drum may be made into a drum without any hole. During the washing process, washing water is held in the inner drum, and the inner drum rotates to wash clothes. The two closed ends of the inner drum are rotatably mounted on the supporting device through the rotating shafts, thus realizing rotation of the inner drum.

The tub may be positioned within the cabinet. The wash basket may be rotatably mounted within the tub. The wash basket may define a wash chamber for receiving articles for washing. The ventilation line may be in fluid communication with the tub. The ventilation line may define an air path from a ventilation inlet within the cabinet. The air path may extend to a ventilation outlet in fluid communication with an ambient environment outside of the cabinet. The antimicrobial body may be positioned along the ventilation line.

The locker includes a locking member that is configured to move from a first position to a second position by a centrifugal force when the second laundry tub is rotated, and engages with the first laundry tub at the second position to fix the second laundry tub to the first laundry tube, and an elastic member which is elastically deformed when the locking member is located at the second position and is restored to an original shape to return the locking member to the first position when the rotation of the second laundry tub is stopped.

A laundry washing machine comprising: a cabinet; a tub inside the cabinet and comprising a first and second shells fixed together and defining a sump at a bottom region of the tub; a rotatable drum in the tub; a draining circuit fluidly connected to the sump for draining liquid from the bottom of the latter; a level detection device configured for detecting the level of liquid within the tub and comprising an air chamber having a liquid inlet provided at the sump and in fluid communication with the internal of the latter; and a recirculation circuit configured for withdrawing liquid from the tub and to re-admit such a liquid into the tub through an outlet opening positioned in the sump. The outlet opening of the recirculation circuit and the liquid inlet of the level detection device are located one on the first shell and the other on second shell.

A laundry appliance includes a cabinet, a tub, and a control panel for accepting inputs directing functionality of the laundry appliance. When movement of the laundry appliance is necessary, such as upon initial delivery, laundry appliance includes one or more shipping attachment assemblies comprising a shipping bolt and shipping bolt spacer, which connect to attachment elements of the tub and serve to stabilize the tub while laundry appliance is moved. The laundry appliance further includes identifiers for each shipping attachment assembly. The identifiers are only visible upon removal of the shipping attachment assembly. When moving of the laundry appliance is complete, the shipping attachment assemblies are removed, revealing the identifiers. The identifiers are provided through a network to ensure removal of the shipping attachment assemblies. Once all identifiers are accounted for, a sequence of inputs is provided that, when properly entered using the control panel of the laundry appliance, enables operation of the laundry appliance.
