REMOVABLE FILTRATION APPARATUS FOR LAUNDRY TREATING APPLIANCES
A filtration system for a laundry treating machine is provided. A filtration agitator extends upwards from an impeller base and defines a generally hollow cylindrical interior, the filtration agitator having one or more water inlets along its perimeter to permit passage of water from a treating chamber into the interior and one or more water outlets along its perimeter to permit passage of the water out of the interior. A removable cylindrical brush assembly is provided, that, when installed to the filtration agitator, extends along the vertical length of the agitator and defines a sequence of filtration elements through which a water flow passes from the water inlets to the water outlets. The water flow is configured to pass over the sequence of filtration elements in a predefined order to remove particulates from the water flow during a wash cycle.

A filtration system for a laundry treating machine is provided. The transmission includes a housing, a shaft, and a bushing. The housing defines a cavity. The shaft is disposed within the cavity and is configured to receive power from the power source. The bushing is disposed about the shaft. The bushing defines grooves that establish fluid communication between the cavity and a space that is defined between an inner diameter of the bushing and an outer diameter of the input shaft.
WASHING MACHINE APPLIANCE HAVING A REMOVABLE AGITATOR
A washing machine appliance may include a tub, a basket, an impeller base, an extended post, and a connector bar. The basket may be rotatably positioned within the tub. The impeller base may include a mounting face disposed radially inward from one or more impeller fins. The mounting face may include a mounting bracket defining one or more attachment slots. The extended post may be removably attached to the impeller base and include a base body, an auger fin, and a mating face. The base body may define an interior cavity. The auger fin may extend radially from the base body. The mating face may include a mating collar defining one or more attachment rails corresponding to the one or more attachment slots. The connector bar may be selectively received within the interior cavity.
WASHING MACHINE APPLIANCE HAVING A REMOVABLE AGITATOR
A washing machine appliance may include a tub, a basket, an impeller base, an extended post, and a connector bar. The basket may be rotatably positioned within the tub. The impeller base may include a mounting face disposed radially inward from one or more impeller fins. The mounting face may include a mounting bracket defining one or more attachment slots. The extended post may be removably attached to the impeller base and include a base body, an auger fin, and a mating face. The base body may define an interior cavity. The auger fin may extend radially from the base body. The mating face may include a mating collar defining one or more attachment rails corresponding to the one or more attachment slots. The connector bar may be selectively received within the interior cavity.
WASHING MACHINE
A washing machine includes a power source, a drum, and a transmission. The transmission is configured to deliver power from the power source to the drum. Laundry treatment apparatus
A laundry treatment apparatus includes an outer tub to receive wash water, a driving motor having a stator fixed to the outer tub, and a rotor rotated relative to the stator, a washing shaft rotated together with the rotor, and a rotatable spin-drying shaft spaced apart from the rotor. The laundry treatment apparatus also includes an inner tub disposed in the outer tub, a pulsator provided in the inner tub at a lower portion thereof, and a clutch assembly. The inner tub is rotated together with the spin-drying shaft and the pulsator is rotated by the washing shaft. The clutch assembly selects one of a plurality of modes including i) at least one restriction mode of restricting the spin-drying shaft to the rotor or the outer tub and ii) a free mode of not restricting the spin-drying shaft to the rotor and the outer tub.
Laundry treatment apparatus
A laundry treatment apparatus includes an outer tub to receive wash water, a driving motor having a stator fixed to the outer tub, and a rotor rotated relative to the stator, a washing shaft rotated together with the rotor, and a rotatable spin-drying shaft spaced apart from the rotor. A drum washing machine includes a tub; a drum rotatably provided in the tub; an agitator rotatably provided in the drum and having a water spray hole; a driver in transmission connection with the drum via a main shaft, and the main shaft transmitting a torque of the driver to the drum; a planetary gear assembly in transmission connection with the main shaft and the agitator separately, and transmitting the torque of the main shaft to the agitator; a brake linked with the planetary gear assembly, and a water supply device configured to supply water to the agitator.

A drum washing machine includes a tub; a drum rotatably provided in the tub; an agitator rotatably provided in the drum and having a water spray hole; a driver in transmission connection with the drum via a main shaft, and the main shaft transmitting a torque of the driver to the drum; a planetary gear assembly in transmission connection with the main shaft and the agitator separately, and transmitting the torque of the main shaft to the agitator; a brake linked with the planetary gear assembly, and a water supply device configured to supply water to the agitator.
