Appliance comprising a water inlet module
An appliance having: a control unit managing the operation of the appliance; at least one hydraulic component actionable for distributing water/treating liquids within the appliance; a plurality of sensors arranged for acquiring information regarding physical parameters associated with the operation of the appliance, and a module managing at least part of the water/treating liquids distribution within the appliance. The module includes the at least one hydraulic component; at least two sensors of the plurality of sensors, and a local control unit managing the operation of the at least one hydraulic component and/or receiving the information acquired by the at least two sensors.
WASHING MACHINE
A washing machine is disclosed. The washing machine include a first housing, a second housing arranged above the first housing, a first tub covered by the first housing, a second tub covered by the second housing, and a first detergent supplier arranged to supply a detergent to the first tub, a second detergent supplier having a first supply assembly arranged to supply a detergent to the second tub by siphonage when water for laundry is being supplied, wherein the first supply assembly comprises a first valve device arranged in a detergent supply path, in which a detergent is moved to the second tub, for preventing water for laundry from flowing backwards by buoyancy.
Safety device against leaks of liquid for liquid-conducting household appliances
A safety device against leaks of liquid for a liquid-conducting household appliance comprises a valve arrangement that can be electrically switched between a closing position and an opening position, to prevent or enable, respectively, a flow of liquid from a liquid-supply source to the household appliance. The device further comprises:—a first pipe (13) impermeable to liquid, for the flow of liquid,—at least one hydraulic unit (12), having a duct for the liquid (30),—a flow sensor in the at least one hydraulic unit (12). The first pipe (13) is connected in fluid communication with the duct (30) and extends longitudinally at least in part within a second pipe (14) that is impermeable to liquid, in such a way that defined between at least part of the first pipe (13) and of the second pipe (14) is a gap (G) having a proximal end and a distal end. The at least one hydraulic unit (12) has a respective hydraulic body (16) that defines the duct (30). The flow sensor is a non-mechanical flow sensor that includes at least two electrical detection elements (42) within the duct (30).
Pump motor and washing machine having the same
A pump motor is disclosed. The pump motor includes a case; a socket part disposed in a portion of the case and provided with a terminal part thereinside; and a cover part detachably coupled to the case and configured to open and close the socket part, wherein the socket part includes a moisture blocking member configured to block a gap between the case and the cover part.
LEAK DETECTION SYSTEM AND METHOD OF COMMUNICATION
An appliance having a user interface with a first controller module, and at least one leak detector. The at least one leak detector having a housing with a second controller module communicatively coupled to the first controller module, and a power source communicatively coupled to the second controller module. The at least one leak detector further having at least one sensor communicatively coupled to the second controller module. The second controller module being configured to receive a status from at least one of either the power source or the at least one sensor.
LAUNDRY TREATING APPARATUS
A laundry treating apparatus is disclosed. The laundry treating apparatus includes a first treating apparatus having a first front panel disposed on a front face thereof, a second treating apparatus disposed beneath the first treating apparatus to support the first treating apparatus, wherein the second treating apparatus has a second front panel disposed on a front face thereof, and a control panel disposed between the first front panel and the second front panel, wherein the control panel is signally connected to the first treating apparatus and the second treating apparatus, wherein the control panel has a top face facing toward the first front panel. A drain passage extending along a lateral direction is defined in the top face, so that water delivered to the top face flows in the lateral direction along the drain passage and is drained.
Washing machine
A washing machine having a plurality of washing apparatuses is provided. The washing machine includes a tub, a drum rotatably disposed inside the tub, a discharge member provided in the tub to discharge air in the drum to the outside of the tub, and a cap coupled to the discharge member to prevent water in the drum from being discharged to the outside of the tub through the discharge member.
Tub for washing machine and washing machine having the same
A tub of a washing machine includes: a first case and a second case welded to each other; a first coupling surface formed along a circumference of the first case facing the second case; a second coupling surface formed along a circumference of the second case facing the first case and bonded to the first coupling surface; and a coupling protrusion that protrudes along the first coupling surface and includes a protruding end portion welded to the second coupling surface. The coupling protrusion includes: a main coupling protrusion protruding along the first coupling surface; and an auxiliary coupling protrusion protruding along the first coupling surface and outwardly spaced apart from the main coupling protrusion. Further, an opening for communicating a space between the auxiliary coupling protrusion and the main coupling protrusion to an outside of the tub is defined in a bottom of the tub.
