Appliance lift system
A laundry appliance system includes a cabinet operable between a lowered position and a plurality of raised positions. A first lift assembly is coupled to a first side of the cabinet. A second lift assembly is coupled to a second side of the cabinet. The first and second lift assemblies operate concurrently to adjust the cabinet between the lowered position and the plurality of raised positions. A user-interface assembly is operably coupled to the cabinet. The user-interface assembly is configured to receive a user input corresponding with a selected raised position of the plurality of raised positions. A controller is configured to operate the first and second lift assemblies to the selected raised position in response to the user input.

Laundry treating apparatus
A laundry treating apparatus is disclosed. The laundry treating apparatus includes a first cabinet having a first receiving space to receive laundry, a second cabinet having a second receiving space to receive laundry, the second cabinet being separated from the first cabinet, a partition wall located at an upper part of the second receiving space to divide an interior of the second cabinet, a supply unit to selectively supply air to the first receiving space and the second receiving space, a discharge unit including an exhaust duct to discharge air in the first receiving space out of the first cabinet and a suction fan provided in the partition wall such that the suction fan is located in the second cabinet to suction air from the second receiving space such that the air from the second receiving space moves to the exhaust duct.
WALL-MOUNTED WASHING MACHINE AND INSTALLATION METHOD THEREOF
A fastener kit can securely affix a washing machine on a lightweight wall. The washing machine includes a rear panel for coupling to the wall through the fastener kit. A tub configured to contain washing water may be integrally formed with the rear panel. The fastener kit has an anchor rod with one end section forming tight contact with the inner surface of a fastening hole on the lightweight wall by using a chemical anchor. The other end section of the fastener kit is coupled to the rear panel.
WALL-MOUNTED WASHING MACHINE AND INSTALLATION METHOD THEREOF
A fastener kit for mounting a washing machine to a wall having a block cavity. The washing machine includes a rear panel at the rear end of the housing. The fastener kit can affix the rear panel to an external wall. When the washing machine is mounted on the wall, a first end of the fastener kit is positioned inside a block cavity of the external wall through a fastening hole formed on the external wall. The second end of the fastener kit is coupled to the real panel. The fastener kit can support the washing machine on the wall against gravity through contact between the first end and an inner surface of the block cavity.
The fastener kit has one end section equipped with a sleeve that can radially expand to form tight contact with the inner surface of a fastening hole on the lightweight wall. The other end section of the fastener kit is coupled to the rear panel. The lightweight wall may be porous with regular or irregular cavities.
DRAIN PUMP FOR LAUNDRY TREATING APPARATUS
A drain pump for a laundry treating apparatus includes a housing, an impeller, a motor, a circulation outlet, and a drain outlet. The circulation outlet and the drain outlet are defined on an outer circumferential surface of the housing, enable communication of the washing water with the housing, and protrude outward in directions tangential to the outer circumferential surface. The housing includes a rib that protrudes from an inner circumferential surface of the housing, that is located between the circulation outlet and the drain outlet, and that is to configured to guide the washing water to the circulation outlet or to the drain outlet based on a direction of rotation of the impeller.
Laundry treatment apparatus
A laundry treatment apparatus includes a cabinet having an upper surface, the upper surface being configured to receive an object thereon, a drawer adapted to be drawn from the cabinet, a drum disposed in the drawer and defining a space for receiving laundry, a driving unit configured to rotate the drum, a control unit configured to control the driving unit, and a connector unit configured to impact an ability of the control unit to control operation of the driving unit based on whether or not the object is placed on the upper surface of the cabinet by preventing the control unit from controlling operation of the driving unit based on the object being absent from the upper surface of the cabinet and by allowing the control unit to control operation of the driving unit based on the object being placed on the upper surface of the cabinet.
Laundry pedestal having a drawer
A laundry pedestal for supporting a laundry treating appliance includes a cabinet having a top wall, opposing side walls, and a base, and a drawer configured to be moved between a retracted position and an extended position relative to the cabinet. The drawer includes a first compartment having a first cover and a second compartment, adjacent to the first compartment, and having a second cover. A height of the second compartment is greater than a height of the first compartment.
