The human body stimulation device includes a massage member in contact with a body part of the user, a first massage module which includes a motor operatively connected to the massage member to repeatedly move the massage member according to a massage pattern, a second massage module which includes a sonic vibration module to output sonic vibration corresponding to an audible frequency band and operatively connected to the massage member, and a controller which applies a first control signal for driving the motor to the motor and a second control signal for driving the sonic vibration module to the sonic vibration module.

This disclosure relates to improved massage chairs that include air cell apparatuses. A massage chair can include at least one air cell apparatus, which can be integrated into a shoulder portion, leg rest portion, arm portion, and/or other portion of the massage chair. An inflatable air bladder can be connected to each air cell apparatus. Each air cell apparatus can transition between a retracted position and an extended position. The air cell bladder can be configured to inflate when the air cell apparatus is in the extended position, thereby securing an individual to the massage chair. Various assemblies can be used to transition the air cell apparatus between the retracted and extended positions. Other embodiments are disclosed.
MASSAGE MOTION CONTROL METHOD, ROBOT CONTROLLER USING THE SAME, AND COMPUTER READABLE STORAGE MEDIUM
A massage motion control method, a robot controller using the same, and a storage medium are provided. The method includes: calculating a robot end desired speed and a robot end desired angular speed corresponding to a desired massage trajectory of a massage robot to compensate using two obtained robot end compensation amounts in the case that the desired massage trajectory for a target massage area at a current control cycle, a robot end speed compensation amount meeting a desired massage intensity requirement, and a robot end angular speed compensation amount adapted to an environmental curvature of the target massage area are obtained, and controlling the massage robot by determining a corresponding to-be-outputted joint angle based on motion parameter(s) obtained by the compensation. In this manner, the adaptive change of the massage position and the massage intensity for the massage area of the patient can be realized.

A method for managing cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) treatment to a person in need of emergency assistance includes monitoring, with an electronic medical device, a parameter that indicates a quality level of a CPR component being provided to the person by a user; determining, with the electronic medical device, that the parameter indicates that the quality level of CPR being provided is inadequate; and providing, to one or more rescuers of the person, an audible, visual, or tactile indication that a different person should perform the CPR component.

The present disclosure relates to an apparatus for applying pressure to a newborn baby. The apparatus defines a cavity for holding the newborn baby therein, and a plurality of expandable conduits that each substantially surround the cavity, where each conduit is independently expandable: (1) on transfer of fluid from a fluid source into the conduit; (2) on application of an electric potential from an electric potential source to the conduit; or (3) a combination thereof, to apply pressure along at least a portion of the length of the newborn baby held in the cavity. The present disclosure also discusses methods of applying pressure to a newborn baby in a pressure applying apparatus, and systems for applying pressure to a newborn baby.

A method for treating a human subject suffering from a gastrointestinal disorder using a non-dissolvable ingestible capsule, the method including providing the non-dissolvable ingestible capsule to the subject, and subsequently, ingesting the non-dissolvable ingestible capsule by the subject, wherein passage of the non-dissolvable ingestible capsule through the gastrointestinal tract of the subject treats the gastrointestinal disorder, and wherein the non-dissolvable ingestible capsule may be at least one of: a non-vibrating capsule, a capsule that is devoid of any electronic components, and a capsule that is devoid of any mechanical moving components.
