IRONING PANEL AND IRONING DEVICE
20220034024 · 2022-02-03 ·

The invention discloses an ironing panel and an ironing device, and belongs to clothes ironing appliances. The temperature distribution of existing ironing panels is non-uniform during ironing. The ironing panel of the invention comprises a panel body provided with a patch having a patch ironing surface, the patch ironing surface and a main ironing surface are continuous to form a complete ironing surface, and a gap is reserved between the patch and the panel body to form a heat homogenizing cavity. When the ironing panel works, an electric heater transfers heat to the panel body, the main ironing surface away from the electric heater is maintained at a low temperature, and heat from the electric heater is indirectly transferred to the patch ironing surface via the main ironing surface and the heat homogenizing cavity rather than being directly transferred to the patch ironing surface, such that the temperature of the patch ironing surface is kept identical with the temperature of the main ironing surface, which makes the temperature distribution of the whole ironing surface uniform, thus improving the ironing efficiency and the ironing effect.

A steam iron includes: a heating body having a heater; a vaporizing chamber that is provided on an upper surface side of the heating body, and generates steam; and a lid for covering the upper surface side of the heating body. The steam iron further includes: a base provided on a lower surface side of the heating body; a steam jet hole provided in the base; and a steam passage for guiding the steam generated by the vaporizing chamber to the steam jet hole. The steam passage has a first heating passage and a second heating passage provided on the upper surface side of the heating body, and a heating chamber and abase passage which are provided on the lower surface side of the heating body. The steam passage is configured to guide the steam after passing through the heating chamber to the base passage via the second heating passage so that the steam is jetted from the steam jet hole. According to this configuration, it is possible to jet favorable steam that does not contain water droplets even in a case where the base is set to a low temperature.

STEAM DEVICE

The present application relates to a steam device (1) comprising a steam chamber (8) having a steam generating surface onto which liquid water is provided to be evaporated into steam. The steam device (1) further comprises a fabric treating plate (4) comprising a fabric treating face (4A) and at least one steam vent (6) through which steam is expelled onto a fabric to be steamed. The steam device (1) further comprises an outlet flow section (21) located between the steam generating surface and the fabric treating face (4A). The outlet flow section (21) defines an indirect flow path (C) between the steam chamber (8) and the at least one steam vent (6). The steam device (1) further comprises a heater for heating the outlet flow section (21) such that liquid water which enters the outlet flow section (21)from the steam chamber (8) is evaporated into steam. The outlet flow section (21) comprises at least one boundary surface (20B) with a plurality of recesses (28A) for reducing the flow rate of liquid water travelling through the outlet flow section (21). This invention allows generating more steam than conventional steam devices.
