It features a folded position wherein the two long sides (62) are aligned or superimposed and the base (8) is next to the flat support (1), and an extended position wherein the two long sides (62) are disposed parallel to each other.
Compact domestic article folding machine with an improved driving mechanism
A compact domestic article folding machine configured for autonomous article folding and has machine top and bottom portions and a front and rear portions which extend therebetween. The folding machine includes a hanger rack located at the front portion and configured for receiving articles from a user at a rack external portion and move them inside the folding machine. The folding machine further includes a folding device located between the front and rear portions, and a robot configured for moving each article from a rack internal portion onto the folding device.
CONVEYOR DEVICE FOR A FOLDING APPARATUS FOR FOLDING TEXTILES
A conveyor device for a folding apparatus for folding textiles includes an infeed region for a textile and an outfeed region for a folded textile. A first belt conveyor conveys the textile on a first conveyor plane from the infeed region to a first transfer unit, which feeds the textile to a second conveyor plane of a second belt conveyor. At least one second transfer unit and at least one additional belt conveyor having an additional conveyor plane are disposed downstream of the belt conveyor. At least two subassemblies, each configured as modular conveyor units are provided, into which one belt conveyor and at least one transfer unit are each integrated. The conveyor device is modularly configured, in that a plurality of modular conveyor units are disposed one atop the other and connected to each other.
Processing apparatus for processing subject
An object of the present invention is to provide a more compact processing apparatus than previously available. Provided is a processing apparatus for unfurling or folding a processing subject (T), including a pair of retaining devices (310A, 310B) capable of retaining the processing subject (T), a carrying device (402) capable of carrying the processing subject (T) such that a part of the processing subject (T) hangs down therefrom while the processing subject (T) is retained by at least one of the pair of retaining devices (310A, 310B), and a control device that controls movement of the retaining devices (310A, 310B) and the carrying device (402), wherein the control device rotates the carrying device (402) in a condition where the retained processing subject (T) hangs down from the carrying device (402).
Laundry folding appliance and automated methods of operating the same
A laundry folding appliance includes one or more folding panels mechanically coupled to a cabinet and at least partially defining a folding surface for receiving articles of clothing. An actuating assembly selectively pivots the folding panels to fold the articles of clothing and a camera assembly is positioned in view of the folding surface. A controller obtains one or more images using the camera assembly, identifies the laundry articles positioned on the folding surface by analyzing the one or more images using a laundry identification model, determines a folding protocol for folding the laundry article, and operates the actuating assembly to fold the laundry article in accordance with the folding protocol.
Autonomous laundry folding devices, systems, and methods of use
A device for autonomously folding a deformable article includes a rotatable platform configured to receive the deformable article and at least one movable elongation in operable communication with at least one elongation drive. The at least one movable elongation is configured to raise and lower from the surface of the rotatable platform, move parallel to the surface, and manipulate the deformable article to thereby fold the deformable article at one of the one or more fold lines. The device includes a table drive configured to rotate the rotatable platform about a central axis such that the at least one elongation aligns with one of the one or more fold lines, and at least one sensor configured to detect the deformable article position and orientation on the rotatable platform. A controller is in operable communication with the at least one elongation drive, the table drive, and the at least one sensor.
AUTONOMOUS LAUNDRY FOLDING DEVICES, SYSTEMS, AND METHODS OF USE
A device for autonomously folding a plurality of laundry article types to a plurality of combinable target rectangle sizes includes a rotatable platform configured to receive a laundry article on a surface thereof and at least one elongation configured to fold the laundry article on the platform to one of the combinable target rectangle sizes. Each of the plurality of combinable target rectangle sizes are configured to fit alone or in side by side stacking positions within a container. At least one sensor is configured to detect the laundry article on the rotatable platform. A controller in operable communication with the at least one elongation, a drive of the rotatable platform, and the at least one sensor is configured to instruct at least one of the drive of the rotatable platform to rotate the platform and the elongation to fold the laundry article at one or more fold lines.
