MULTIFUNCTIONAL HIGH-STRENGTH COMPOSITE FABRIC COATING AGENT, COATING, METHOD FOR PREPARING THE SAME, AND APPLICATION THEREOF
A multifunctional high-strength composite fabric coating agent, a coating, a method for preparing the same and an application thereof are provided. The fabric coating agent includes a resin, a reinforcing agent with a reactive group, a bifunctional dispersing agent, a leveling agent, a film forming agent, a softening agent, an antibacterial agent, a solvent, and the like. The reinforcing agent is modified such that it has active functional groups of OH and NH.sub.3. The fabric coating agent is not only easy to apply, fast to react and stabilize, but also suitable for a fabric surface of any material. A treated fabric has high tensile-breaking strength, excellent tearing and bursting performance, good waterproof-and-moisture-permeability and antibacterial performance, and high adhesion. It can be repeatedly knife coated, roll coated, calendared, or dipped. The method is not only mature in technology and low in production cost, but also suitable for large-scale application.
COMPLEX ENZYME-CONTAINED FUNCTIONAL ORE POWDER AND PROCESS FOR PRODUCING THE SAME
The present invention relates to a complex enzyme-contained functional ore powder which can be used in textile products, particularly clothes such as socks, gloves, and undergarments, and bedding such as quilt, bed cover, and pillow cover; and a process for producing the same.
The complex enzyme-contained functional ore powder according to the present invention comprises, based on a total of 100 weight percent of the ore powder, 15 to 40% by weight of zeolite, 15 to 20% by weight of illite, 15 to 20% by weight of amphibole, 10 to 20% by weight of barley stone, 10 to 20% by weight of tourmaline, 5 to 15% by weight of terra alba, 4 to 10% by weight of biotite, and 1 to 5% of complex enzyme.
The complex enzyme-contained functional ore powder according to the present invention can remove odors such as ammonia, trimethylamine, methyl mercaptan, and hydrogen sulfide, and can inhibit pathogens, because the complex enzyme contained in the ore powder inhibits the growth of pathogens in the fabric product into which the ore powder containing the complex enzyme is fused or impregnated by a binder.
GLASS CLOTH, PREPREG AND PRINTED WIRING BOARD
A glass cloth comprising a glass yarn woven together, the glass yarn comprising multiple glass filaments, wherein an amount of B.sub.2O.sub.3 in a composition of the glass filaments is 15% by mass to 30% by mass, an amount of SiO.sub.2 in the composition thereof is 45% by mass to 60% by mass, and an amount of P.sub.2O.sub.5 in the composition thereof is 2% by mass to 8% by mass, and loss on ignition (LOI) of the glass cloth is 0.90% by mass to 2.0% by mass.

The self-cleaning coating is mainly prepared from host materials; the host materials are one or more of titanium oxide, zirconia, titanium nitride, silicon oxide, tungsten oxide, g-C.sub.3N.sub.4 semiconducting polymer, perovskite semiconductor, silver, iron, gold, aluminum, copper, zinc, tin and platinum.

Invention is directed to a method of extruding an omni-phobic filament comprising: extruding a co-polymer filament having a first polymer at a core having generally a circular cross-section, and a second polymer disposed at a perimeter of the core wherein the second polymer is dissolvable; creating channels disposed at the perimeter of the core by dissolving the second polymer; creating trapezoidal cross-section features having a distal angle less than 70, a top edge greater than a side length and a bottom length less than the side length; and adding nano-sized particles to at least one of the top edge and one or more sides or any combination thereof.

Fluid-resistant textile fabrics and methods
Coating compositions which include a blend of a fluorochemical and a particulate additive comprising a bimodal size distribution of inorganic nanoparticles are provided. The bimodal distribution of inorganic nanoparticles may include a quantity of smaller nanoparticles having an average size distribution of between about 1 to about 15 nm, and a quantity of larger nanoparticles having an average size distribution of between about 40 to about 500 nm. The smaller and larger nanoparticles may be present in a ratio of the smaller sized particles to the larger sized particles of at least 1.2, with the total amount of nanoparticles being present in an amount of between about 0.1 to about 10 wt. % based on total composition weight.
